Scammers!!! Took our money a week before but cancelled our booking on the day saying 'they cannot fulfill our request' it wasn't a 'request' it was a PAID booking...you took our money!!!! And now no reply via email to get our money back!!! Complete scam!!!! Reported to trading standards!

Terrible service and they are scammers as I booked based on their offered prices and once paid they called to inform that prices are triple. And they rejected to refund the money despite that their website confirms that offered prices are never change.

Scammers. Booked a cab. They kept cancelling it until I had to pay upfront (for an increased fee) and then it showed cancelled so I booked elsewhere but are still trying to charge me. Having to raise a visa dispute

Scammers! Cancelled the booking on us a few hours before pickup. When I called back the next day to see about my refund they said that I had cancelled the booking and won’t get anything back! Kept calling them and emailing for about a week to no avail. Eventually opened up a dispute with my bank and after telling taxicode this they did send the money back. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

ABSOLUTE SCAM! Booked to pick us up from London and drop back to near Brighton at 2am as we were out for a friends 30th. Had a call to say our booking has been cancelled a few hours before. Spent over an hour trying to sort it out over the phone with them on the night, in which they repeatedly said we have cancelled the booking and that they will not be attending. Asked them to rebook a cab for us, given we have paid around £300 in advance already, which they refused to do. Requested a refund, in which they are now saying we cancelled the booking. Refusing to refund our money! Avoid!!!

Booked and paid for a taxi from The 02, it was late so asked them via WhatsApp how long they’d be, he said 15 minutes. After waiting another 15 minutes I said we will get another Cab and I want a refund. He said the driver has left his family to come and get you, normal in my world when you work to leave your family, and told me I wouldn’t get a refund. We went to our hotel in another taxi and the driver kept sending me his location, he got to the O2 an hour late even though I’d told them we were going. Absolute load of scammers, do not use them

Paid in advance for a trip. Half an hour before pick up time, they cancelled. Complete scam merchants. Don't ever use this form, they will shaft you.

Business is a scam and they have several companies which they trade by but all payments made will show as Taxicode. Booked using on a website called compare taxi, realised that the address details were not correct so cancelled the booking. Then booked with another company called Travaroo. When I saw that the payment was made to Taxicode I cancelled the booking immediately as it seemed fraudulent. The fares were £164 and £72. Out of this they have kept a total of £212.40. They keep on going in about there terms and conditions but there is no way these count if your booking is made under 30 days, cancelled on the same day a booking is made and when a driver has not even been allocated! I wish I had seen these reviews before hand. Have been going back and forth with customer service today as they try to fob me off. Now been past over to a different agent. I have already reported them to Action Fraud and will report the to trading standards if a full refund is not provided as they are not following consumer laws.

Do not ever use this company. I had a taxi booked to take us to the airport at 12.30pm but it never showed so I had to make other arrangements at an extra cost to myself. I rang the company to ask where the taxi was & they should said the taxi driver wasn’t doing the job.

Do not book. Run as far as you can. They failed to provide us with two cabs - we'd booked a journey for 10 people, and instead they sent 1x 6-seater and did the journey twice over both ways. They've been really difficult to get a refund out of for this failed service, so I'd advise not booking with them and instead shopping around for local taxi providers. I've personally passed on my story to a consumer affairs journalist alongside links to other complaints and would advise others to do the same - they have a long history of pretty much scamming people and so do seek help if they owe you a refund.

This company is better and good if you agree to the terms and conditions like every others companies. Well, I booked the taxi like 1 hour and 30 mins before the pick up time and the driver was waiting for me. Even, though i was late and the driver was also so sweet he really helped my mom because she is too old. I would recommend this copmany. As i have been thier customer for a while. Thank you for reading.

AVOID AT ANY COST.They assigned us Lavish Chauffeur taxi who showed up 30 min late ,without a car seat for the baby, even though we had paid for one. The driver would not even meet us to the gate. Eventually we decided to take the tube for the safety of our baby, but the company would not refund us. This is not a legitimate company, more of a scam

Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company outsources drivers from other companies. So you are paying 20% more but the probability that service would be bad is the same as just picking a random minicab online. I booked a transfer 4 days in advance, received email with confirmation and driver’s details on the same day, great! The night I landed I switched my phone on to find several email from several unknown taxi companies with booking confirmations and cancellation. Also received several messages from drivers… very confusing. Finally I received a message from a driver asking me to call him when the luggage is collected saying he’s waiting for me. Although it looks extremely unprofessional to give my contact details to several taxi companies and not even bother to send an email saying your booking has had some issues, but at least I felt relieved, I have a driver. Little did I know :) I call the driver as promised when luggage was collected, he told me to go to row E of parking 2, where I spent 15 minutes waiting for him at 2.30 am in Luton. But ok, whatever, I just want to get to a cab and sleep now, so he comes, I get in and he asks me to give him £5 in cash for parking (just fyi I’ve paid £91 to taxicode online for all inclusive service). So I explain to the gentleman that when I entered into a contract with taxicode for its services, there was no mention of extra charges (no mention of third parties being involved either) so I believe it will be only fair if 2 companies sort it out between themselves. I also mentioned to the driver that he made me wait 15 minutes, which for a pre-booked service it’s a bit too much and he should be ashamed asking me for parking charges on top of that. He got really angry and tells me he’ll leave me in the middle of the Highway where we were by then at 3 am. So to cut long story short I had to call the manager of the company this driver belonged to, obviously there was no support from taxicode in this hour. I can confidently say it was by far the worst experience I have had with a pre-booked taxi service and I’ll stick back to the good old Uber, it’s cheaper, they don’t ask for extra money and they arrive quicker.
