“I've always loved TBCo's products, but I'm here to write a review of the excellent customer service. I purchsed a gift that had a shipping issue (unrelated to TBCo) and ended up popping into the store to get help. The staff went above and beyond - kind, helpful, and friendly - to resolve the issue quickly and painlessly. I love TBCo for beautiful and high quality blankets and scarves, and have gotten many gifts here. Will continue to do so now - especially given the service!”

“I am obsessed with TBCO! I have gifted myself (many!), and love selecting the perfect blankets for family and friends. Customer service is top notch. Packing is lovely and a bonus. “Hello, I placed an order number 3394 on January 25th. They sent me an e-mail on February 4th that my order had been shipped via Yun Express. Since my cargo had not yet arrived after a long time and the product always remained in the same status in the system sent for me to track, I sent you an e-mail on February 18th. You got back to me on February 20th and told me to stay tuned with my tracking number. I wrote to Yun Ekspress, but they informed me that the cargo had not reached them. (I e-mailed you all the necessary messages in advance.) You got back to me on February 23 and wrote that the package left your warehouse on February 19. I last wrote to you on February 27, but you still haven't responded . There is confusion and customer dissatisfaction, but you reply to me within 3 days of every e-mail.”

“They represent themselves as the producers of their blankets. Of the several I bought in the past; the labels say Made in China/designed in Scotland or Made in India. I am not thrilled with this company and feel that they are deceitful and so, I would not purchase anymore products from them, for this reason alone; the blankets are ok.”

Hi there, We are very open and proud of the fact that all of our products are designed in Scotland and Woven by our partner mills. Each product page states where the blanket, scarf or accessories etc are made to ensure people are aware that we do not manufacture within Scotland. “I have purchased multiple blankets from tbco. I was under the false impression that they were "made in Scotland". I looked at the tags and lone behold they are definitely NOT, at least the several I bought were not. One tag says designed in Scotland(lambswool)and made in China. The others, wool, some recycled wools are made in India. So, why is the tbco company pretending that these are actually made in Scotland, I don't know, but it was a buzz kill for this consumer. If I want made in China, I can go to Walmart or any other online or brick and mortar store to find them. Its a shame, I do like the blankets, but I think that this company should have been more honest and less deceptive. Not a good look at all.”

If you have time, could you please expand on where in your shopping journey you felt deceived? We'd love to correct this. We currently write where each item was made in every product listing on our website. We're super proud of our Indian, Inner Mongolian and Peruvian partner mills and went to great lengths to find mills that align with our values, just as we are proud of our Edinburgh studio where we come up with our designs.
