“In April 2021, I won the bid on my first auction commercial property for my own company use, sadly I did not do any homework for it, I was panicking. Due to the 28 days timescale, Zara was super efficient, she found me the best deal on the market for the bridging loan, and also advised me what to do the regard to exiting the bridging loan, we completed it on time, just got the key last Thursday, and refinance has also been processed with a high street bank. I could not thank Zara enough for the help that she has offered me, otherwise I will be facing to lose all deposits to the Auction company, would not know how to refinance to pay back the bridging loan. Zara was professional at her business and also offered her personal care for my case, she was on board all time and guided me thorough all the processes.
