“Unable to comment as we’ve still not received our order. I was advised on the 12th March 2024 after contacting you to find out where my order was, it would be delivered on the 13th March 2024, it hasn’t arrived yet. I was notified it had been dispatched and should have arrived next working day that was on the 6th March 2024.”

“Fast delivery, although the part in the box did not match the item/part number , had to be returned. That's when then the problems begin, only once been able to get through to customer services emails aren't alway replied to, and have to wait for the item to be in the warehouse before they send out the correct item, so a weeks delay or more.”

“I was quite concerned when there no update to my order and over a week had passed. I had seen a large number of very negative reviews online regarding this company and poor customer service and delivery times. I contacted them (via email and on the phone, although it was quite difficult to get through). However, after speaking with them I was given an explanation of the delay and an update, and subsequently the shower arrived two days following. I have not connected it yet so cannot comment on the product but I was relieved and pleased with the outcome of the contact.”
