“Purchased a close coupled toilet, no seat included. Never in 30 years of plumbing have I come across ordering a toilet with the seat not included. Cost me an extra £35. Will not be using again!”

“I phoned just after I placed my order to say that I wanted the tap hole drilled so that the drainer was on the left. It arrived undrilled. My fitter the drilled it on the wrong side when I was out. Just what I wanted to avoid by calling you. I then asked you to accept a return and you refused. Not impressed”

“Ordered an item, and was then contacted after the transaction had gone through to say the item was no longer available. I was offered an alternative with partial refund, which I accepted. When the replacement item arrived it was damaged. I sent photos and was then offered a collection and refund of the replacement item. While these things were organised quickly I have still not received the refund for the difference in price between the two items, or the refund for the replacement item and it has been four weeks. I have had no responses to several emails regarding the refund which is for over £100. I would avoid using this company in the future.”
