“I purchased the RAK Washington vanity unit in black. Unfortunately this product is not as described and is, in fact, a dark grey (not black). I am therefore disappointed with the product but more disappointed with the appalling customer service where I was basically lectured by a Tap n Shower representative about failing to check the product upon delivery. Very poor show in customer service.”

“Excellent service and taps arrived next day Good solid taps made by a a long established manufacturer. No drips from the ceramic washers. Very satisfied at this early stage although only time will tell if it was worth the extra money that I paid.”

“I struggle to find the right adjective. Awful, shocking, abysmal, none of these go far enough to describe how poor my experience has been. I ordered 2 showers which were marked as in stock. They were not. After a week I was told they would be with me in a few days. They were not. I asked again and was told another delivery date. They failed to be in stock for then. I asked for a refund, they said it would be in my account within 5 working days. It was not. Too many failures to be a coincidence I am afraid.”

“The bath waste and plug kit for updating old imperial size is great and has just been fitted to my refurbished bath. It looks superb!! I was so pleased I ordered one for basin waste and plug which will be fitted in few weeks. I especially was impressed with diagrams with adverts which show sizes and threads which customer can make sure orders correct kit.”

“Item did arrive but delivery was slow. Also item was not as described. Bath waste said suitable for baths up to 20mm thick, the bath I have is 17mm thick but i still had to sink the overflow into the side of the bath about 6/7mm which I purposely ordered the item to avoid doing. Item itself is fine and looks good just not as described.”

“Product availability was good ….. as was the value for money. The use of EVRI as their delivery company doesn’t serve the company well. EVRI is formerly known as Hermes and are absolutely woeful. Their tracking information update was provided after the delivery was made. Luckily the device staff at Tap ‘n Shower are on top of their game and are very helpful.”
