“Whilst their prices are undeniably competitive, their customer service is pretty lax. They offer products with a "1 to 2 day" DELIVERY guideline, yet don't have them in stock, so there is absolutely NO WAY that they could deliver some items in 1 day and would severely struggle to do so within 2 days also, when they're having to wait for a delivery themselves of the items I ordered. After over a week, I contacted them to chase up my "1 to 2 day" delivery from order, only to be advised that they'd still not received the goods in themselves, but had chased it up earlier that day, blaming Bristan for Bristan's delay excuses. The response to my chase-up was prompt, however and I did receive a reimbursement of the delivery charge, but it begged the question as to why they didn't liaise with the customer when they'd realised they were nearly a week over their stated guideline delivery lead-time. That said, I was advised that the goods would arrive the subsequent day, which they did, well packaged and as ordered, so 'light at the end of the tunnel'. Be wary of their advised delivery lead-times, however. Misleading delivery lead-times makes matters worse, when re-selling to other customers.”

“Very high delivery costs although the product was cheaper so it evened out. Although with the delivery cost at the level they were I'd expect next day delivery. Overall the item was well packaged.”

“Dear Sirs, I wrote to you on Monday 31st stating that We have not received our order as yet. Our delivery was due on Thursday 27th January 2022 but it did not arrive. we left for a Skiing holiday on 28th Jan and we have been back since Friday 4th of February. Could I please ask if you could arrange for another delivery?. PS I had no reply from you to my email of 31st of Jan.”

“Good price for the valve but had waorniver 3 months for it! To be fair always picked up phone and emailed back but on a job you don't need this delay poor overall trying run a business”

“The Grohe filter was exactly as described. My only quibble was that I was not informed that the company was awaiting a delivery of the filters. I had to call the company to ask where the filter was.”

“Good telephone service not very responsive to emails. Order delayed by 1 week and had to chase then bath waste wasn't sent but quickly rectified and expected Mon. Product quality looks good and price reasonable.”

“Chose them because all the other websites said item was out of stock till October. TapnShower didn’t tell me it was out of stock till a week after I ordered then told me it would be 25 September.”

“Order accepted with a deliver of 3 - 7 days. The following day advised of a delay of a further 11 days. Seems to me they accepted the order knowing full well they couldn't deliver but hoped I wouldn't go elsewhere. As I was in no hurry I stayed with this order and it was delivered on the amended date in excellent condition.”

“Price wise Tap 'n' Shower are head and shoulders above the competition. They could be better with communication however as our tap was out of stock but we weren't notified which meant we were waiting over a month between order date and delivery date.”

“I paid £15 for next day delivery. Unfortunately by the time the item was delivered, my builders had finished for the day. The product in question was fine.”

“Good prompt service from retailer. A bit disappointed that the product is Mainly plastic with a chrome finish considering the cost (as I bought two) and lack of installation instructions, especially in terms of connection details and dimensions .”
