“Based on description, ordered a complete toilet pack, only to find out on delivery, that toilet seat was notdelivered, when questioned them, was given various excuses:- Was a typo stating a seat was included Upto management Does no say seat comes with toilet pack Disappointed, that I have to now buy a separate toilet seat, due to misselliing Would not use again, due to above reason and very little notice or no tracking provided for delivery, even though they say you will, receive links for multiple carriers, that were not eventual delivery company.”

“Placed an order for an item that said was in stock. Received a dispatch confirmation a couple of days later saying 'next day' delivery, but with no tracking details, and nothing received as of two weeks later. Called to find out where it was, and no idea (other than it wasn't actually in stock, and was being shipped from a supplier). Still no idea where my order is.”
