“We bought a lounge & stair carpet from TAPI Carpets Llanelli branch.
When we went into store to look around, Nathan the salesman asked us if we needed any help. Nathan showed us a selection of carpets that met our requirements and answered any questions that we had. After picking the carpet that we liked, Nathan worked out a price for us. He gave us an appointment date & time for Steve to Call round our house to accurately measure the lounge & stairway. Steve confirmed the exact price and we then contacted Nathan again to confirm the order and arrange a date for fitting. We were kept informed throughout the journey of our carpet and notified when the carpet came into Llanelli store.
Two carpet fitters came on the date arranged ( Carter & Jordan ) they were both very friendly and professional while removing our old carpets and laying the new one. Carter & Jordan were happy to carry out my request to hide a couple of cables underneath the underlay to make the room look tidier for us.
They were also willing to work late in order to Finish the job, this enabled us to get the lounge furniture back in place. The lounge / stairway now looks brilliant and the carpet is of a great quality and feels lovely and soft underfoot. We are very very happy with our service from the whole team of TAPI Carpets Llanelli Store and definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

“They will scam you to your faces - adding hidden extra charges without telling you. Tapi fake reviews and delete genuine ones, curating an image of perfection. In fact, their staff are incredibly rude and condescending once the sale is complete.”
“Our arrived and during the fitting I was told space was mis- measured as they didn’t have enough carpet.
We emailed the store and head office several times but had no response.
They took our money ( £9000k) and ran! Zero customer service or support.
I’m currently in talks with the ombudsman ad they are in breech of contract.

“What a fantastic service! Throughout the process I have been kept well informed of what is happening, the carpet ordered, it’s arrival and booking of fitting etc and today was carpet delivery day. HUGE THANKYOU to Simon. Simon called and messaged the day before to let me know time he would arrive and this morning he arrived at the precise time he said he would. Simon was friendly and professional and again ensured that he followed Covid safe guidelines. Simon was quick and very efficient, having everything on hand without constantly being in and and the house. He also explained further about the carpet and why it was right for my house/family. I 100% recommend Tapi carpets and this recommendation is primarily due to the positive experience I had today with the fitter Simon who is great representative for Tapi Carpets. Thank you”
