“I am so pleased with Take My Calls. I have been with them for four months and they are super efficient. My Clients tell me that calls are picked up within two rings using my Company name and the staff are friendly and helpful. The call handlers read a personalised message which can be changed to suit your needs and I have had 100% accuracy in the messages they have taken. Take My Calls then email me immediately, allowing me to get back to my Clients quickly. My customers will never have to leave a voicemail for me again and they take comfort in speaking to a human, this has resulted in my Client base increasing ten fold. When my account needs topping up, I am reminded via email that my funds are low and the topping up process is simple as was the initial set up procedure. I could not be more happy and I would highly recommend Take My Calls who are efficient, friendly and cost effective.”
