“The whole experience was very smooth. We met our carer before introducing the dogs, and she was very keen to get to know them ahead of the booking. Our boys had a wonderful time with her and her family - so know who we will use when we next need a carer.”

“Successfully found a someone good to look after my dog whilst I'm away, so does the job! The website isn't the most intuitive, despite asking you to enter all your contact info, it doesn't actually share this with the person I booked which didn't make sense.”

“Aa it was our first booking we were not sure what to expect but everything was easy and our carer was reliable and prompt. Our minds were put at rest by the meet and greet before with our puppy taking to the carer straightaway !”

“Tailster is just the service I was looking for for my two cats when I went away on holiday. The app is easy to use, insurance reassuring, and the perks are a great bonus, but ultimately the ability for our cats to be looked after in their own home while were away and to get daily updates on them to put our minds at rest is exactly the service we were after.”

“This was our first experience of using a Tailster carer. The whole listing, accepting a quote, booking and payment procedures were very easy to work through! Helen, our carer, made a couple of visits to our home getting to know us and, more importantly, our two guinea pigs. The care they received in their own home was second to none and we received daily photographs putting our minds totally at rest during the time we were on holiday safe in the knowledge they were happy! We are now totally committed to using Tailster, Helen in particular, for future holidays! Thank you.”
