"Ordered for the first time for my two Labradors,Was told delivery would be between Monday the 4th Oct to the 6th Oct. It hasn't even been dispatched yet according to Yodel tracking. Not good if you want new customers and you can refund what I have paid and keep the food I will go somewhere else who will deliver when they say they will."

"Both of my dogs are thriving on their new diet regime! Every morsel of food is always eaten. They are very fit and healthy.\nIt was easy to take advice on portion size to make sure both Lucas and Lili stayed a healthy weight.\nThey are both full of energy with glossy coats, bright eyes and a very healthy digestive system.\nI would recommend Tails.com to any dog owner. It arrives on time, packaged well and always fresh ready for the month ahead."

"Price is comparable to most brands if not cheaper, delivery in a couple of days, customer service have been helpful on occasions where I have had to adjust focus food. The only downside is that I have found it difficult to change the plan set out for him and to have smaller deliveries as storage is a problem for me. My foxy seems happy on his food but eats the wet and often leaves the dry...maybe he's just too indulged!"

"This food is slightly more expensive than what we were paying previously for our dogs food, however our dogs are looking very healthy and their coats are particularly shiny when they are on this food. Without going into too much detail their bowel movements are healthier also. The delivery of the food is very convenient as it arrives without having to do anything just as you are about to run out. Would definitely recommend tails.com to other dog owners .... wish you still did the treat samples or birthday treats as a little extra surprise now and again :) "

With delivery (and the food arriving when it should) being such a large part of what we offer, we really want to make sure it goes as smoothly for you as possible. “I can only review on the price, delivery and quality of the food . I have a Beagle x Jack Russell who is nearly 2 yrs old. I have tried many other brands of dog food including Tails. I came back to Tails as it was the only food that was right for my dog, it didn’t upset her tummy. The quality is very good, so is the price and the delivery is a great service. I do recommend all Tails foods and the poo bags are excellent .”

“Tails provides an excellent service,delivery always on time. My wee Fudge is a very small Yorkie and he just loves tails food and his tiny bone treats. Most importantly his coat is shinning and he has lots of energy. I would recommend tails”

“Generally good but inflexible. My dog does not eat the dry food but I can not place an order online without dry food, as a result we have excessive dry food left over. I can however do this by speaking to a representative who are very helpful. It is frustrating that I can not buy just what I want, for us the diet formula does not work. It took a while to hone down which food our dog will eat. The food is good quality and good value. I would also criticise the label colouring describing the contents, I simply can't read it unless in good light green text on a blue background is not the best, the turkey & chicken terrine is unreadable. Deliveries are good and as described. I have rated tails as a 4 as whilst good it is not perfect.”

“Rocky loves the kibble and wet food foil trays. He also likes the treats and that is a positive for us, he isnt particularly food oriented and only really responded with cheese. This weather a small cube of cheese quickly turns into mush. Although he is very active and an ideal weight he doesnt always finish his bags of kibble within the month, but I get reminders of when it is due to ship, so if I have any leftover altering my delivery date is really easy. Customer service replies promptly to any queries, the price is good in comparison to other companies, delivery is prompt and again very easy with Hermes as their partner. I would also like to point out that I have never had cause to return anything so cannot attest to ease of refunds but as everything else is prompt and easy I am sure that would be too.”

“Holly was very fussy with her food. We tried several different brands of wet food and kibble, but none agreed with her. But she took to tails straight away. She loves all the wet food and kibble and everything is measured and worked out for you. Would highly recommend.”

“I tried their free trial and thought, "well it's on £2 for a month of food so if its not great we can just bin it!" It was amazing!!!! My dog, Tyson, refuses to eat dry biscuits but he eats these straight out of the bag! The delivery is quick and always on time, the customer service department is so helpful and understanding! The little personal touches on the food bags and the free scoop are so cute! The wet food is really good aswell as unlike other brands, you can actually see the vegetables, rice and meat within the packet! I will never use another brand again! Thankyou :)”

“Alan loves his Tails food! The massive bonus is that he used to suffer from chronic itchy skin problems. We tried all sorts of remedies, foods & meds but within days of feeding him this magical stuff, he has completly stopped chewing his feet. Wierd side effect though... he now can't resist fox or cat poo! Small price to pay. Thank's Tails. X”

“Being able to rely on a company to never let you down on delivery or the quality of the product makes life a little easier. Knowing your dogs are getting the correct amount of delicious food (well there's never any left!) and correct dietary requirements takes away the stress and being complemented by the vet for helping get my dogs' weight down crowns it all!”

“It took me a while to find the best dry food for my Ruby. When i see tails.com on an ad i thought right lets try. Finally i found a dry food Ruby would eat and she loves it. Each time for new bag is due she always knows its for her when it comes lol. I feel its great value for money. Delivery is great too.
