“Our aging rescue loves his tailor made Tails kibble. He loves food generally and has a very varied diet including fruit and veg, fish and homemade dog food too but dry food has always been a bit hit and miss until we discovered Tails which he loves and eats without hesitation. We tried Tails following a period of ill health (he had a tumour and his spleen removed and has a sensitive stomach) and he's doing really well on it so we are happy customers. Tails.com has been great from the initial reduced cost trial through to delivery and we love being able to control everything on the dashboard. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tails.com!”

“After searching for a food that did not upset Archie's stomach we have thankfully found Tails.com. Archie loves the food and has not had any problems with his stomach and his stools are healthy now. Very pleased with Tails.com and the service that they provide”

“Great service food made for your dogs own needs breed etc you can swap and change any food your dog doesn't like for foods they love mine didn't like ones with rice in but loved tripe ones so we swapped them out it's really easy to do and view online and you're kept up to date with deliveries and information about your pet great service lovely looking meals we are very pleased with it all”

“I don't know how they do it! I had tried dozens of different wet and dry foods both cheap and expensive, but Nell just didn't like any of them. I cooked fresh food , that got thrown away, too. Some days she didn't eat anything. I thought the Tails food would end up in the bin too. I am genuinely amazed, Nell loves the wet and dry food and nothing has been refused. After 12 months of worry and frustration, Nell eats everything. Thank you Tails, I didn't believe you but I was wrong.”

“Tail. Have been great, delivered on time , I can update or change my order.,email notification to keep me updated. I updated my dogs weight then they adjusted the food amounts. Chester loved the food too and eager for dinner time”

“When we got Tallulah she was 18 months old and wasn't in a regular feeding pattern. We then found she has an allergy to chicken which upset her stomach. Eventually we turned to Tails.com having successfully fed our previous dog with this food. Tallulah has gone from strength to strength and really enjoys it. Took a little time to feed the amount she needs and with help of the experts at Tails.com she is thriving.”

“Tails has made my Siberian husky very happy, she looks forward to getting complete biscuit food, and does not leave a single scrap left. Customer service is second to non, for the amount I buy is definately worth it with the amount that is in each order. Delivery is spot on, no hassle no extra cost, as I have not required to return or have a refund, I can only say I sencerly believe there would not be a problem or issue. THANK YOU TAILS. I will continue ordering.”

“Good delivery service but the food is excellent I've noticed a change in his coat and mood. His behaviour is better as well. He doesn't eat as much as he often has food left in his bowl the next day.”
