Milly really loved the food at first but after being on it for nearly 2 months she has started turning away from her food and some days apart from treats won't touch it. I have tried the wet on it's own, the dry on it's own and mixed together in a quandary now as unsure what to try next. She does look really well but has started to drop weight which is why we ordered Tails in the first place as she is so fussy. 🤔

I'm sorry to hear Milly isn't enjoying her food, and she's started to lose weight again - I'd love to help get Milly eating with gusto, as it's not uncommon for dogs to take a bit of time to get used to new flavours! We have some great tips and advice for introducing new food from our Head Vet in this blog post: https://tails.com/blog/2019/09/18/a-guide-to-changing-dog-food. If these tips don't do the trick, we can look at creating a unique recipe using the same nutrients but with different flavours that Milly might prefer. My Rosie loves the food and often licks the bowl clean. However I have one moan. She has one scoop of kibble with her wet food per day as advised, yet we have 2 unopened bags and one currently in use. I have spoken to customer services twice about this but all they said was to get the smaller 1kg bags which is what we are using now but there’s still too much. You give us the option to postpone the wet food but not the kibble otherwise you have to pay extra delivery which really does not make sense?

Decided to try Tails.com as our springer spaniel was having problems with loose stool changed over and what a difference even better she absolutely loves her new food has a combination of wet and dry food which gives a variety. From my point I view life is easier knowing that it's delivered to my door every month and you can make changes easily if required also great customer service. Would recommend give it a go and price is favourable to the premium brands but more variety with tails

Fabulous choice. Delivered to your door. For a highly competitive price. And from Buddy's point of view, not one upset stomach since he started on Tails! (Previously it was often difficult to pick up his poo, and I used to take wet wipes with me on every walk - just in case).

Lovely company to deal with. Easy to use website & like how you can change your regular order when you want. Alfie seems to enjoy his food (there's never any left) & loves the yak treat. Never had a problem with deliveries, always arrive on time & well packaged.

Excellent company, been with them a while now for both our dogs food and they love it! We like how we can change their food at any time such as upping meal amounts, how much wet food etc. their customer service is brilliant and are very helpful with any query

Roxy has always been a fussy eater, and I've tried many different foods over the years. Now that she is getting older I decided to try tails.com food, with their special blend for older dogs. From day one she absolutely loved it, and continues to love it. We now both look forward to dinner time, always a clean bowl, and the added bonus is a healthy coat and loads more energy on her daily walk. People can't believe she is 15 years old, and I'm convinced her new vitality has a lot to do with the food she is now enjoying. Deliveries are reliable, and changes to date and tweaks to content are easy to arrange. Highly recommended!

My dog mylo absolutely loves tails he woofs it dwn with nothing left in his bowl every time. His coat is alot better not dry its now silky smooth Would highly recommend tails. If you have a very fussy and energetic dog

I have a 9yr old fussy jack Russell and I have gone through every single shop brought food that exists from when she was a puppy and she never liked any of them in the end she lived on fresh fish untill I got told about Tails!! Omg I have such a different little girl who looks forward to her meals and never gets bored never thought i would be one of them dog mums that wrote a review about dog food but they definitely deserve a brilliant review. Also had a few challenges along the way with getting her portion sizes right for her and the customer service team and nutrition team have been amazing in helping me figure this out can't thank you enough just wish I had found this company sooner.

We were totally ready to leave Tails after 2x price increases within 6 months however when we contacted customer services they actually dealt with us as individuals and gave explanation of the increases and showed why the increase came rather than just some blasé response. As we had such a detailed response we chose to stay with tails. While the food is good, their customer service kept our business.

Was reasonably priced but definitely not great quality, broke my dogs skin out, her coat started to fall out, she wouldn't eat dry food, tried changing it and removing the wheat but it got worse. Bought from elsewhere, all problems disappeared but the other provider was more expensive so tried tails wet food and it's very low quality jelly (even gravy ones) like mush. Gave her wind and although she liked taste her coat worsened again so I've taken her off of it and with her new diet she's thriving.

I'm sorry to hear Luna's coat worsened again, and she had some flatulence after trying our slow-cooked wet food recipes, Nicola. We've spoken about Luna before, and our Food and Health team have tailored a few recipes to help with her skin and coat issues. The last update was in May to say the updated recipe worked well for Luna. Between now and then, there haven't been any new ingredients introduced to her recipe to explain the sudden worsening of her skin. Multiple factors are at play regarding skin and coat issues, such as environmental and seasonal allergies, and don't always relate to the food fed. But I'm glad you've found a diet that works well with Luna, and she's thriving; that's all we ever want for every dog in the world. However, I'd like to look into your concerns about our slow-cooked wet food recipes. We pride ourselves on the quality of our food, and what you describe doesn't sound like our usual standard. Dog loves the wet food and dry kibble. Treats are also very popular. Great support to help with any queries or issues. Helpful regular email updates. Easy to change order. A little expensive but convenience and quality make it worthwhile.

Zack enjoys the food and clears his bowl every day. I had an issue with a recent delivery where the dry food bag had split. I contacted Tails and it was sorted very quickly. Amazing customer service
