Tails offer an excellent well balanced meal for my dog. Their delivery and customer service are also very good. All at a very reasonable price. Well done Tails!

So, I’m giving Tails.com a 3 star rating for literally one reason - why can you not cancel the biscuit element of your order?!?!?! I have a very very VERY fussy Maltipoo. She lovessss the wet food and I do pad it out with a little of the biscuits which she’ll occasionally humour me by eating. However, 2kg of biscuits a month is wildly over what we will ever need. You can amend your wet food choices but you can’t take the biscuits off for one/two months. I now have bags and bags of the stuff which is annoying and wasteful. I’m contacting the customer team to check if something can be done or I’ll have to cancel my subscription purely for this reason. Otherwise, I think it’s great but if you’re claiming to be “tailored to your pet” then tailor it to MY pet. Please!

Guinness’ lovely food delivered on time but left at back gate rather than back door and it’s too heavy for me to carry. Guinness loves food but is adoring this new variety and demands both breakfast and supper ten minutes early !!!

I find price ok in comparison with shop bought and no carrying it all home. Delivery time is great has always arrived on times stated. Never had to return anything so do not now about returns or refunds. But that can only be a good thing. Customer service is good though do find it hard to navigate web sight to alter order.

Not happy with not really being able to find right email address to send a request with help with my dogs food who has been poorly I have emailed on Tuesday still no response! It's quite urgent I need a response! Need to change food

It was so helpful after we rescuing our dog to know the food was selected to help her put on weight. When she had done so we changed the composition to maintain good health and weight . The downside is not knowing exactly which day within the delivery window the food will arrive. Sometimes it’s the day after the requested delivery window. I end up buying more food to fill the gap which undermines the point of the service. Advice: arrange delivery window to ensure you won’t have completely run out of dog food!

My Newley rescued, old Yorkshire terrier would not eat any food for more than a week , but since discovering tails.com she eats every scrap, and this is about 6 months down the road, I get dry and wet food, delivered on time every month, customer service is great as they even send you reminders incase anything needs changed. Website so easy to use , I cannot rate them highly enough

My dog loves the food he used to only ever eat his previous dog food in little bits throughout the day now when I put his food down he eats it all in one go and really enjoys it! He’s lost weight with the correct amount of kibble we use and he loves the wet food at lunch time! His cost is also more shiny! Delivery is great and easy to do if you need to make your delivery come sooner it’s really easy! I love the fact I don’t have to worry about running out, only thing is I have had a box before that was previously opened and battered from a delivery driver

We had problems finding food that our dog would happily eat. We tried various dried foods to no avail, mixed them with chicken, still not much joy. My son passed on a free trial for Tails.com & that was it! We now have a dog who eats all the kibble & delicious sounding wet food sent to us for him. Having the food,as well as our poo bags & dental treats delivered, is so convenient. We're also happy with cost, info re delivery dates - which can easily be changed & the entire service.

So easy to use, lexi loves her food, as a German shepherd she can be quite fussy so this is great. It really is order, sit back and don't worry about ever running out!

Ive had 2 snall rescue dogs on tail now for over a year these dogs wouldnt eat any other dog meat whatsoever so was living on lamb chops steak chicken which was ok but there poos was runny and disgusting to pick up there poos are now firm no stomach trouble and are very happy billy the yorkshire terrior is 18 and benny the churkie is 14 100% would recommend tails also there resonably priced food is well packed and delivered to your door so no heavy lifting tails also have a app where you can manage or change dogs food if they dont like flavours prefer pate or terrine or gravy

I’m very happy with tails.com more importantly my dog loves the dry and wet food. People keep commenting on her shinny coat which means she is very healthy. The cost is really good too and as it’s delivered to your door makes it so easy
