“Myself and family cannot praise Cribbs enough. We lost our mum in October From the minute myself and siblings stepped into the Dalston office we were greeted by the kindest warm-hearted Mary. She made a sad emotional time more manageable, nothing was too big or small.
If there was an Olympic medal for customer service, Mary would win Gold. She truly is a special lady.

“T Cribbs have been my family funeral directors for many many years so when it came to my mother in laws funeral my husband put his trust in me that cribbs are the best! From the moment myself & our daughter walked in to cribbs at benfleet to make arrangement's we were welcomed so warmly. I had never arranged a funeral before and we were helped every step of the way by Ed. He was so patient & kind and we never for one moment felt rushed to make choices & everything we wanted to have was there. Ed kept us informed at every stage & took care of every detail & the day was perfect in every way. The lovely ladies in the office too who were so kind & always helped with phone calls from me & impromptu visits to drop things off or ask questions. They were so helpful.
The evening before the funeral I heard from Joe cribb who made me feel so at ease when going through the final arrangements with us & reassuring us of anything we were worried about. Joe was leading the funeral on the day. He led the most amazing, respectful and dignified funeral we could have wished for. Every person felt looked after and it felt so relaxed but so professional in every way.
We had the 1936 vintage Rolls Royce hearse! Wow! It was just incredible & so regal & fitting for my Mother in laws personality. It was a beautiful send off for her. All these things have given my husband such comfort knowing how well she had been looked after. I will be eternally grateful to you all, my husband got through the hardest day of his life today & felt at the end of it that he did his mother proud! All because of your hard work, dedication & empathy. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts. Best wishes to you all.

From the moment I walked into the warm, clean and welcoming environment of T Cribbs Debden a weight was lifted. My daughter, brother and I were led through the process by the lovely Denise who had all the time and patience for us. We were undecided about so many things. Attention to detail was second to none. We were given time and listened to. Mum was treated with the utmost of care and dignity. Everything from the home visit prior to mum coming home to the actual funeral was dealt with with courtesy, respect and an exemplary level of professionalism. “Our mothers funeral was on Thursday October 12th, the weather was rotten and caused several traffic issues which meant that several family members were running late and panic stricken. Jack and his team were the most calm and reassuring presence and made sure we all arrived at the church on time, they were so professional and attentive throughout the day that many people commented on how smoothly everything went from bringing our mum to the church the previous evening, the funeral, the graveside burial and the wake. We would also like to say thank you to Dawn at the Elm Park office who was extremely helpful throughout.”

I called the Dalston branch and got through to a lovely woman named Cynthia Tobierre. She was very professional, trustworthy, caring, helpful and talked me through everything. I gave my Daughter a lovely send off and wouldn’t have been able to do it without Cynthia’s help and support. Any other member of staff that I had to talk to when I called or whilst visiting the Beckton and Dalston branch were also lovely, friendly and helpful. The family could not praise this company enough fact it deserves a 10 star rating.
We were really surprised at how many people with us want to now do this type of funeral.
No chasing the Hearst to get to the cementary.
Tea, coffee and water were made available, that was a first for me

“Yesterday we said goodbye to my dad. He was a Jag man which was one of the reasons we decided to use Cribbs in Pitsea so that his final journey would be in a Jag. From start to finish they were amazing. Our initial meeting was with Debbie and she couldn't have been more helpful. She stayed in contact with me the whole time and nothing was too much trouble. When we went to see my dad in the Chapel of rest he looked lovely and it gave our family, especially my mum great comfort to see him looking so peaceful. Yesterday the funeral procession was lead by Danny and from the moment they arrived they couldn't do enough for us. He was respectful, friendly and made us feel instantly at ease. T Cribbs Beckton were just amazing from Carol on reception who was sensitive and professional to Taylor who was sooo approachable and professional. No question was a stupid one and she set us at ease. She organised everything so well for us. On the day of the funeral Ben and his team were just amazing as a family we felt in such good hands.
