“I purchased a car from this company, description Cat N salvage, starts and drives. The pictures of the car looked fine and I went to collect it. Clearly the car had been damaged seriously since the pictures were taken and this car did not drive. Spoke to customer service and showed them the pictures I had taken as evidence to gain compensation. They just spouted out bog standard rules and regulations. This company does not care about it's members, it will not investigate to see if you are right and it seriously only cares about pounds and pence it can take from you. Do not Join them and do not trust them!!!”

“Beware they take custom pictures so you dont really see the real damage and most pictures are a mile away so again they claim was pictured but how can you see anything from that distance!? I bought a expensive x5 2021 and front end was damaged, windscreen and loads more- charging cable missing, matts missing seems like they steal parts from you car and re-sell them! BEWARE BUYING ANY SALVAGE FROM THEM”

“Cheaters, criminals, all words same if this type.
They listed a 7 seaters car, I bought for 6k.
After winning i saw the pictures, it is for totally different car in the pictures.
I spoke to them, they said it is my mistake i should be aware of the pictures.
They want relist fees 600£,
Criminals cheat on their customers.”
“Had 215 55 16 brand new maxxis tyre took off my car by these when they fitted me a wrong tyre size originally of 205 55 16 sent it back to rectify issue they took the new maxxis off so it was a 205 55 16 across front axle when it was never there tyre to touch! “I've won the bid on 28th March and have collected the car on the same day. The V5 was not present thus been promised by the Doncaster Church Lane staff that I will receive V5 following week.
I understand that due to the coronavirus outbreak they have a shortage of staff. Unfortunately, after two emails, a phone call and online chat I have not received V5 or any reply. Right now the vehicle is on the street untaxed.
The email was sent to the site manager, no response whatsoever, total ignorance. They are pleased to take your money but don't expect any help from them.
Do not recommend the Doncaster Church Lane site. They simply do not care about their customers.”
“I bought a bmw e90 320i se 2009 from them few months ago i quote “front damage” everything else was mint all around. As i got it repaired guess what has been cut off? The NOX sensor (main dealers cost around £4-£500) my garage said the way it has been cut was with scissors and has not fell etc. So how can that be missing i really wonder. Let me tell you. “I try buying the car today. My maximum bid was £2510 what I was make around 9.00am auction was finish before 11.00 am . When auction was finish at the time what they show car price was £1860 what I was happy and started processing and auction was started again because they told me if you put bid on the last 60 seconds it is added 15 seconds of auction. Someone was bidding for 10-15 min and I was just looking because I couldn’t do nothing, I was blocked, . He bid from 1860 to 2530 by £20 . Customer service said was everything ok , nothing helped,”
