“I approached Sydney Mitchell to assist with a spouse visa application for my partner who had visited me in the UK. We were unable to get my partner to go back to Ghana to submit an application because of the lock down and was worried our plans could be set back and was not confident an application will be successful from within the UK. Right from the first call Andree Minnar who managed our case gave me enough confidence to build on for an in country application. He is very much on top of the job, very thorough and responsive. “My husband and had the wonderful help of Sydney Mitchell's Melissa Southall for my final settlement in the UK (LTR). My visa is straight forward but my husband and I prefer to have the help of a solicitor to make sure we have all the correct documents we need and in the proper order.
