“I was really impressed with SWR, who were both helpful and professional throughout the process of replacing my garage door. I was offered various quotations for different doors to enable me to budget accordingly. The measuring up was thorough and advice helpful given on how to prepare for the installation. The order process was smooth and the installation scheduled quickly once the door arrived from the manufacturers. The installation team were well organised and had the new door installed in a couple of hours, leaving the area neat and tidy. Overall it has been a pleasure to deal with SWR and I would highly recommend them.”

“The remote controllers on our garage door both stopped working. A team came out and diagnosed the fault and ordered a replacement part. As soon as it arrived another team came and fitted it with no problems. Call-out fee was paid in advance and there were no extra charges. Both teams were very efficient and helpful. We have had the doors for three years and SWR still look after their customers.”

“I thoroughly recommend SWR for their service and prompt response, and for quality of the product. I had a double roll-over garage door from SWR, installed many years ago at previous house and so chose the same company after moving to a new address 3 years ago. Once again the service and response was excellent. They delivered the new door on my agreed choice of date. Recently, the movement had become a little irregular in the cold weather. They responded to my request for a service check immediately and corrected it within an hour of inspecting it. All the staff and installers were very professional.”

“We went to the showroom and selected an electric roller shutter garage door. Price was excellent and included all fitting and removal of old door and parts. The fitters were very friendly and professional. Very happy with my new door! Recommended.”

“Have used SWR twice for work on the house and garage. First activity was bifold doors that required modification to the home to install. All work was done in a professional and timely manner. Latest activity is the replacement of existing garage door with a new design. This involved removal and disposal of the old unit and frame and installation of the new unit. Work was done in a few hours by professional and friendly installers. They cleaned the site completely after completing the effort and insured that I was satisfied with the installation and clean-up, which I was. While SWR’s price was not the cheapest for what I wanted; the attention provided by the office and the quality of installation and installers and base product was worth the small difference in cost Have no concerns with using SWR in the future!”

“Very very professional Company to deal with, from start to finish the service was outstanding. On initial enquiry a very polite and detailed Surveyor Darren arrived promptly and made my decision so much easier, knowing he had the expertise to supply me with an extremely high end product that would work for our office space we were transforming. After sales team were very quick with information throughout, well trained, polite and efficient staff. The installations team worked incredibly hard with minimal disruption. Informative, polite, great communication throughout and kept to all deadlines. The entire team at SWR were brilliant very friendly, tidy, have highly experienced fitters, with such a professional Company ethos, especially Tom who co-ordinated/product-managed the entire process. I am delighted I chose SWR, and would not hesitate to order more products and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Outstanding quality service and products, everything was perfect and the office now looks even more professional than it did.”

“An outstanding service from start to finish. Very professional, reliable, polite, punctual and fair price. This is a high quality and serious company to deal with. Excellent communications throughout. Very clear, itemised and detailed quotes and terms/conditions. A highly experienced and polite and friendly surveyor came to give the initial quote, offering expert advice with zero sales pressure. After-sales service second-to-none for arranging installation date and account questions. Ordered a high-end Hormann electric sectional garage door and very happy indeed with the price, supply and fitting. I can fully understand why they are among the relatively small handful of suppliers which are a fully approved Hormann installer. SWR just gave me that re-assuring, warm-and-cosy feeling right from the outset that they know what they are doing and will do it right. And they did. Highly experienced fitting team on the day and great customer interface on all questions or concerns about the installation. A superb installation in all respects. From the three quotes I got, so happy I chose SWR - if you want top quality service. I would not hesitate to order more products from SWR again”

“My thanks to SWR. As previously stated the engineers fixed the issue promptly and professionally. SWR contacted me by telephone to explain that it was a manufacture problem and not an installation issue and have now kindly refunded the repair costs. I have no hesitation in recommending SWR and I will be using them for an automatic garage door replacement in the future. Many thanks.”

“Firstly I’d like to mention the the repair was carried out professionally and quickly with great care and deserves specific praise. However, be aware that the initial installation by SWR is only covered with a 2 year warranty with no exceptions. I was informed when first fitted that this particular window was stiff to close because of the window seals. It appears from the technicians that recently rectified the problem was that the closing issue was due to incorrect original installation and a misalignment of the locking catches. My frustration is of course that it should have repaired by SWR with no changes to me as it was a problem with the original fitting.”
