“A bit of a bumpy start with some things not quite working out the box, but their support is responsive and helpful and got it sorted. The platform feels relatively stable and has lots of cool features that really allow us to fit it around our business rather than have to fit our business around them which is great. Over the next few months we'll see if they're as good as we hope.”

“Great way to have a professional business number. Very cost effective, and full featured - I can't think of functionality that I'd need that SwitchboardFREE don't provide. A special call out to their customer service (thank you Zoe!) who have been able to help me with a specific and slightly unusual request and showed amazing support and empathy. The mix of an incredibly efficient automated system, backed up by wonderful human beings when needed is a winning combination.”
