Hello, thank you for getting in touch with us. Sorry to hear of the issue with your order, we dispatched your order by Royal Mail 24. I am afraid there has been 4 days of postal strikes in the last 10 days, which unfortunately is leading to longer delivery times. “The switch on my Ryobi vacuum broke and instead of replacing the entire unit, I popped the switch out and replaced it. SE prices are very competitive and they stock all the Euro standard dimension switches which come on lots of protable appliances. Great service and very quick delivery. 👍🏻”
