“We have purchased three pre- owned caravans over the past three years from the Reading branch, and I have to say that Simon and Jaydon in sales were excellent. We must mention Andy and his team in after sales, nothing is to much trouble for him, always a pleasure to deal with, as it is with all the staff here. Pat and Bill Flahive.”

“After shopping around for a new Swift Basecamp 6 we ended up spending some time viewing and discussing our need’s with the sales team who were extremely professional, knowledgeable on the product and offered a highly professional service from enquiry to collection including a full and very detailed user training session as this was our first Caravan. I am sure we will see them again in a few years for an upgrade. We will be using their service team for maintenance and any works required. Happy to highly recommend.”

“The whole buying process was a pleasure. Jaydon looked after us very well. All the minor faults identified when we viewed the caravan were rectified and was presented in good order when we collected it. A special mention must go to Ian who did our handover. He was really helpful, knowledgeable and patiently answered our long list of questions - and gave us some top tips.”

“This relates to my annual service experience at Reading Caravans at the end of May 2022. Second annual service of single axel caravan, but first at Reading branch. Friendly, efficient and professional. A couple of small issues with the caravan were rectified, with no quibble, under warranty. The drop-off and collection experience was pleasant and efficient, with minor query raised during that latter responded to before 09:00 the next working day.”

“From our initial inquiry with Lee on the sales team we had some great feedback with a variety of stock information sent to us via email. We then decided to visit Swindon where we were greeted by Lee.. We we invited to look at any of the stock we wanted and were made most welcome. We found the caravan we wanted and purchased. The hand over two weeks later was again very friendly and very informative. The team were very courtious and informative. It was a great experience and gave us both great confidence in our purchase. Highly recommend this dealership. It was well worth the trip from Pembroke to Swindon. Greatful thanks. Phill and Susie”

“Our original contact was with the manager, who showed us round a new vehicle, nothing was too much trouble, in the end we bought an almost new secondhand unit privately, still under manufacturers warranty to run, except the original dealer had not registered the first owner, and Reading Caravan's Andy was brilliant in sorting it all out and tackling a few issues. The whole team really make dealing with them a real pleasure. We strongly recommend them, maybe not the cheapest but certainly brilliant on customer service.”

“I am unable to fault the Reading services team they are absolutely brilliant we did think about changing our caravan for another new one however due to the initial issues three years ago with Swindon we feel that it will be better if we keep the one we’ve got and we hope Andy and his team keep up the excellent service. 5*”

“Had storm damage to my 2003 Bailey Pageant, which I took to Reading Caravans. Andy was excellent and assisted with Insurance quote. Result was that van was written-off . I therefore engaged with Simon on the sales side and bought a 2016 Bailey van. Excellent condition, excellent service. Answered my many questions. Sorted out the financing, whilst I waited. Caravan was ready and waiting on the agreed date. Very happy. Will definitely recommend Reading Caravans to an prospective , or current caravan near. John Hammond.”

“Purchased our first caravan from Swindon Caravans (Oxford Branch), the process was very smooth and the sales team were very helpful in answering all our questions that we had leading up to our collection. It was also reassuring to have a collection date based on our needs rather than being rushed to collect. When we collected the caravan the sales team explained how everything worked and sorted us out with a started pack containing all we needed to go camping that day. They helped hitch up for the first time and checked all the lights and indicators were working before we left. Overall we are very happy with the service we recieved.”
