“Excellent service,Alistair reserved the caravan so we could have a second look.He ran us through all the caravan controls,answered any questions,he also e mailed us after with a video explaining heating controls etc and showed us how the motormover worked and helped us connect up the van”

“Swindon Caravans have been excellent from start to finish. We have part exchanged a van we also brought from them 6 years ago for a new smaller model and we are very happy. “Although this was our first caravan purchase, we had visited a number of dealerships and had already decided on the caravan that we wanted. However there were a number of questions and these were all dealt with quickly and professionally by Lee. The handover process was slick and delivered again very professionally by Mark who was very customer focused and knowledgeable. So all and all Hoghly recommended”

“Fantastic team at Oxford Caravans - Just collected our new Swift Challenger 650 SE. We purchased the caravan for our retirement when I was working abroad, which made the buying process more complex, but the team at Oxford caravans were absolutely brilliant. Lewis in particular has been fantastic, going way beyond normal customer service levels - very special thanks Lewis. The whole team at Oxford are friendly, helpful and real experts. “I picked my caravan up yesterday and I am very pleased with the caravan and the staff that looked after me with part exchanging my caravan.
