“Bought a 54ltr fish tank 2 weeks ago. After 3 days the glass cracked resulting in my lounge carpet being ruined, and all my fish dying. Swell refuse to refund my payment or pay compensation, even though their product was substandard. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY”

“Customer service can't complain, they reacted quick to my complaint. Blagdon pump another matter, failed after 6 months transformer went, replaced few months after that it looks like its gone again. Swell Collected pump for checking, we shall see. Swell I would use again, Blagdon kit dont think so.”

“An absolute pleasure to deal with, order process clear and smooth, competitive prices, ordered a few items including a pond pump, the one i ordered was out of stock and I got a phone call asking if it was okay for them to upgrade the pump... very good communications, items arrived quickly and well packed. Would definitely use them again.”

“I have bought my pond supplies from Swell for years and never had a problem. Their prices are extremely competitive and they have a great selection of products for the pond and aquarium. If the items are in stock and you order before 3pm, then delivery is next day.”

“NEVER again. Abysmal customer service. Ordered a set of test kits I was in desperate need of, called for a price match, was charged for postage but not told what service they were using. It was sent out late, which shock, they acknowledge, but then put on a slow service without my knowledge! Four days later I'm still waiting and they're not even able to track the whereabouts of my order, I could have gone to late night opening at my LFS tonight and picked up the same item for the same price. Zero lack of urgency from their team, shocked at how poor they have gone unless I've just been really lucky up until now.”
