I thought I had been scammed when I bought 2 x segways from this company as if you look at Companies House they went into administration in March this year. However, 'Elliot' rang me on Sunday apologising for lack of response and asked if I still want my order. I said full refund but didn't expect money back. But low and behold, money is in my account today. Will stop fraud complaint with my bank now. I still would not recommend using this company tho. I managed to get 2 segways from breezeboard pro - fantastic customer service.

"On our 2nd board not charging after one month and still waiting for other part of order, no response from store or online email, they started off so well now would tell others don\u2019t touch with a barge pole." Since this review they have asked me to change my review without even contacting me to fix the board, why would I do that....go figure

don't buy anything from this company, if you look on companies house they've gone into liquidation. still taking money for stock they don't have still waiting for my refund 10 weeks on. all staff have left aswell so no shop !!!!

they are scam artists, just reported them to my bank and trading standards, took £229 out of my account cannot contact them they don't send items.

front light fell out and seems it is only held in by glue. Charger socket does not stay in place. Called numerous times, emailed and left messages on ticket that has been in process for two weeks now with no response. worst customer service.

I bought a Swegway from them last Christmas for my son it cost £249, it worked briefly, then broke. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them. They do not answer emails. They are impossible to get on the phone. If you raise a support ticket on their website they close it without answering. Do not get sucked in by the flashy website. or the PC Advisor recommendations. They are Scam artists.

do not use this company!! I placed an order only part was sent, they are now showing that the shop is closed for refurbishment, they do not return calls, e-mails, messages or letters, they have taken my money and not sent the goods. I have started a claim against them to get my money back! I repeat DO NO USE!

took my grandsons board back to fix wont even answer our calls so callous of you you have broke his heart. i hope something bad comes on you for takeing money off honest people

I HAVE SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE TRYING TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES. JUST TODAY I HAVE WAITED FOR OVER 2 HOURS WITHOUT TALKING TO A PERSON. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 5 WEEKS!!! UKSWEGWAYS MUST HAVE LOTS OF COMPLAINTS.

Cutomer service shocking ordered on 4th sept was told 5-7 days delivery tracking number they gave was not valid tried messenger ,email and phoning NO REPLY 2 week later finally arrived panic over thought this was a scam wud never order again from them too much stress!!!

UK Segway more like UK rip off orderd my son one a week ago nothing came tracking number lol UK mail can't find it no answer from them by message or phone what a complete scam if you have ordered one paid by card contact your bank and claim your money back it will never get delivered police need to investigate this scam

Hi I'm marc day my first swegway I ordered wasn't working had to send it back they resent the sameone which I declined.i wanted a brand new working one not a faulty one what a joke. I had to make videos for the company to show them it wasn't working this imo is a big joke are you lot having a laugh. Second swegway I ordered was ok but no go-cart came 4 weeks later I'm still waiting which happens to be my kids birthday present his birthday has long gone! The customer service is joke also have to wait over 20 minutes and that's if they ever answer I will not be buying any more products from this company

Awful experience! My daughter bought a swegway from ukswegways.com with her £230 birthday money. The company I have now learnt are complete frauds. We received the swegway promptly but noticed that it came with scratches and dents. Also the Bluetooth was not working and it came without the bag that was advertised. I contacted them immediately and they said to send pictures as evidence. I sent these off straight away but heard nothing back as promised. I called back (waited 40 minutes on the queue again) to be told that they would get the faulty one collected and another one issued immediately. This was 25th august. The swegway was collected by ukmail and I was left with a card from the driver. No replacement swegway arrived so I called the customer line (waited 50 minutes) only to be confronted by a rude, arrogant, somewhat nasty man basically saying 'tough' and that I would need to wait until they had received the faulty swegway ( it had been days since being sent back.) Ok now going forward I have tried to contact the company through email, fb messenger and telephone. No answer. They seem to have disappeared! I've spent hours literally waiting on the phone and have got nowhere. U.K. Mail can't track the parcel. They have apparently searched their warehouse and I've had confirmation from the driver that it was collected from my address. To no avail. U.K. Mail have told me I need to contact ukswegways but they are not answering their phones or emails. My daughter is without her birthday present and I'm quite frankly exhausted with the stress and worry of it all.

Paid for a quad bike from here they haven't delivered it took my money but nothing tried to contact them no answer from anywhere stay away

""Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. After buying a hover board from them, it broke within the first week. It took them and UK Mail nearly another week to collect it. They refused a refund, only a repair offered ! After another 4 weeks, the board was repaired apparently repaired, BUT they returned it with a broken charger !! So we were unable to check if they had actually repaired it. After a further 6 weeks , 28 emails ( mostly unanswered) , many, many phonecalls ( Do Not leave a voicemail - wasting your time), multiple Lies.... really, they are a skilled company in Lying only. We are still no better off. They actually told me on 7 different occasions a Brand new charger had been sent ! I have now resorted to buying a charger elsewhere... And guess what, the board does not work . UKSWEGWAY rip off merchants, bandits. Going through the Retail ADR, Trading Standards and taking them to court. I will also be posting on FB swegway as there are 100's of similar reviews. ( push for Watchdog & Rogue Traders)

Same here thieving twats. Does anyone have a direct contact for elliot. Shops been shut all week. Surley im not going to have to come to the shop and take which everone takes my fancy. Swegway and yes elliot that means yourself you have 1 week from today to contact me. Adam
