“We can’t recommend The swan Pool and Spa enough! They have been brilliant through out from our first visit where we had no pressure while looking and getting lots of advice all the way through to getting our hot tub. We had a couple of issues with our tub and these guys ensured that everything was sorted and in a timely manner nothing was to much effort , even helped with a replacement tub which is now all set up. They are a great family run business. Thank you for everything Alex, Ben and Val. If your looking at a tub or even need advice please go to these guys you won’t regret it or be disappointed.”

“In May we decided we wanted to buy a spa , we visited 2 other local retailers , but wasn’t impressed , then went to this showroom , Wow , the display was fantastic and so were the staff . Ed looked after us and explained everything to us , he wasn’t pushy to sell which is what we liked . We were kept informed all the time about when delivery would be . They arranged a crane for us and Terry was a star a very difficult crane over . Alex stayed with us all day sorting out the installation and teaching me all the chemicals , he’s so patient lol . The after care is outstanding always happy to help either over the phone or even coming to the house . That’s the good thing about supporting the local business . I would totally recommend buying from here if you want outstanding service , such lovely people , thank you everyone ❤️❤️Xxx”

“Great company experience from start to finish from the Ed the sales guy who guided us through exactly what we needed finding the perfect hot tub We didn’t rush into shopped around only to realise the quality and value offered by Swan made other local Hampshire hot tub suppliers same overpriced Alex and install team a pleasure and instructions so simple to follow Access was an issue but not when their crane guy Terry is on the case outstanding Job on a windy day I seriously urge anyone considering buying one see this guys the aftercare service is amazing The best deal was right on our doorstep Thanks guys will definitely recommend you to friends”

“I popped in to get some advice and chemicals. Alex was really helpful during my visit and has gone out of his way to help me to find the correct filters ever since. He couldn’t have done more. I would highly recommend. Thank you Alex!”

“The team here are great! From helping us choose the spa through to very quick delivery as well as referring the electrician and crane company. As a result the installation was very smooth and were have been delighted with the attentive nature of their service.”

“A fantastic family company, who are very obviously experts in the field of spas. We bought a Tuffspa from them in the summer of 2017. The staff confidently and knowledgeably guided us through our choice of a suitable spa without making us feel pressurised into a purchase. The delivery of the spa was hassle free and Alex enthusiastically set up the spa for us. The aftercare service is as one would expect, exceptional. I do not usually fill in questionnaires but as a result of the high standard of customer relations we have experienced throughout our dealings with Swan Pools and Spa's I have felt obliged to write this recommendation. Many thanks from a very happy customer”

“Purchased our first hot tub (LA Spas - San Jose) from Swan Spas after doing the rounds in the area - found Nigel to be very helpful when buying. Since installing it (love the spa BTW) Alex in particular has been very helpful in moving it (twice) and sorting out a couple of issues we have had. Always friendly, helpful and delivering excellent customer service. Would highly recommend - James”

“On our third hot tub. First being a lazy spa just to see if we would use it. We did every day, so next on to a round solid hot tub. This was perfect and loved it so much we ended up a year later buying an even bigger one. All bought from Swan and all great service. Still using it pretty much every day if not twice a day. Thanks 😀”

“Swan Pools & Spas moved a hot tub from a friend’s house to mine. They did an amazing job as it wasn’t easy getting it up two steps, down another two and the down another flight into the garden. The lads we’re happy, helpful and skilled in their job. Thanks lads, I didn’t think you could do it, but you excelled yourselves!!”

“We have previously purchased a swimming pool from Swan Pools & Spas and when we were in a position to purchase a Hot Tub they were our first port of call. We very foolishly didn’t purchase our Hot Tub from them initially as we were attracted by a large online retailer and the chance to save a few pounds. What a mistake!!! The Hot Tub we originally purchased was of a slightly lower standard but felt the saving in money was worth it. Another mistake!! After waiting 3 months for delivery, within 2 months the Tub was leaking and we were tearing our hair out dealing with a useless call centre with no end in sight. Eventually the faulty tub was collected and refunded and we immediately made our way to the Swan Pools & Spas feeling very sorry for ourselves. We then purchased our American Whirlpool Hot Tub and within 2 weeks it was installed (I must add they were able to install it earlier but we weren’t available). The communication was excellent, emails throughout to let us know what was happening and an excellent thorough service on the day of installation . We couldn’t fault it. I know we have full back up and support from this efficiently run family business. The moral of this story is don’t be too hasty to try and save a few pounds it just isn’t worth it!! The quality of our Tub is far superior with more space, lower runnings, quieter and I feel much more confident with the product and after sales service. P”

It is a shame that you had to go through that situation - but with your honesty, hopefully people will see and read through your review to avoid doing the same and understand why buying online is a bit of a risk. We are Bishta, Spata and National Leisure Members and always encourage customers who are looking to purchase a spa to go to a reputable dealer who is a member of Bishta - always. We hope you are enjoying your American Whirlpool Model - which looks fantastic in position by the way next to your bar area. Great touch. If you need us - we are open 7 days of the week.

“Swan Pools moved our large Hot tub from Devizes to Hampshire. From the initial contact with Katie in the office to my discussions with Alex they were friendly helpful and knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble. Alex and Mark performed the difficult move that our removal company (White and Co) had failed in a major way with five big guys - Aex and Mark achieved the move themselves with good humour, intelligence and experience. They eventually finished their day in the dark, still in good humour and made the whole rather stressful experience for us a joy, we are so happy, a million thanks! We would recommend Swan Pools 110%”
