“I needed an urgent appointment due to light flashes appearing in my right eye I contacted a lovely lady at the Eccleston Branch who was unable to fit me in but found an appointment at Standish for me that afternoon. Saw Joe at Standish he carried out a full examination of my affected eye in the most professional manner. He advised I attended the eye hospital ASAP he contacted the Lancashire Eye Centre at Chorley Hospital told them the issue and I was given an urgent appointment told to go straight to the hospital. Brilliant service all round many thanks to Joe for acting so quick and efficiently I am now under the care of the hospital.”
