“I purchased two outfits (6 pieces) and I love them! The quality is really good. Shipping did take a while but they did email me to let me know and also sent me a free sports bra with my package! Definitely recommend!”

“everything I ordered was amazing quality. I hadn't noticed that the top I ordered was a halter with no adjustable straps but that's all me and not the company. shipping did take a little bit longer but the second they knew it was going to be longer I was notified. any questions I had for them I had gotten an answer within a day and the customer service was always very nice.”

“The set I had ordered was decent, however, the "Ready To Ship" item I ordered was not in fact ready to ship. Communication with the Suxceed team seemed promising at the start but quickly deteriorated with no responses to fulfil wishes. I ordered on the 4th of Sep with tracked shipping (3-7 days) for an event on the 1st of Oct, with promises for the order to be shipped within a week. My item was shipped 4 weeks later and was delivered an extra 2 weeks AFTER the event. I have no use for the set now. I think the team should focus more on fulfilling current orders and keeping customers happy rather than creating/promoting new clothing lines. Unfortunately will not be ordering from Suxceed again.”

“Ordered on the 7/9/2022 for a event I had on the 1/10/2022, it is now past that date and I still have not received my item. Spoke with a person named Vinny & told him my situation, he told me he would have my order to me on time and requested I PayPal another $15 (aus) on top of what I already paid for shipping, since then I have Messaged customer service on many occasions just to get no response. I will NEVER order from this site again. Very unprofessional, making promises they can’t keep, take your money and doesn’t produce the product. If I could give 0 stars I would.”

They have great communication, and super quick on the deliveries as my order was during festival season and they were able to get it to me on time despite how busy they were with other orders. I would definitely recommend as they have a wide range of festival clothes on the website. Thank you! :)”

“Placed an order 8 working days ago from ready to ship, paid $40 for express shipping so I would have it in time for my festival and it has still not been posted. Have emailed like they said to multiple times, called and Insta messaged but still got nothing back other than ‘it hasn’t been shipped yet’ I understand there are delays but some assistance and customer service would go a long way. Trying to get a refund at this point but getting absolutely no response. Will not recommend this company”

“Ordered a few outfits from here previously, They are always perfect. Just recently ordered another piece and was worried with the delays it wouldn’t arrive on time, i messaged on instagram and within 24 hours my item was sent first class guaranteed before 1pm. Always happy with my parcels”

“I purchased a custom order (bikini) and was now as I know blindsided into ordering a top to go over it as it would make more sense with the cost of ordering the fabric. I was quoted £74 and paid. My order arrived, I received the bikini top & the top to go over with NO bikini bottoms?! I messaged Vinny at customer service who originally took my order. He admitted it was his error however, refused to help in any other way than me paying a further £30 for the bottoms despite him quoting me for the full outfit as £74 which I paid. His response was “you must understand you can’t have it for free we are a small business”. So I was basically told to purchase the bikini and a top, instead of just the bikini that I wanted, so it was worth the ordering of the fabric and ended up with a bikini top and a top without bottoms. Customer service was appalling and I will not be ordering again. I paid £74 as per his quote and was told “you can’t have it for free” and ended up with two tops. Unbelievable.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. Spent over £100 on an order nearly 2 months ago now and still not received. Sent emails, text messages and tried to call numerous times but getting no where with it. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Spoke to Vinnie a couple of times in the last 2 months trying to come up with different solutions to try and get my order to me but everything just seems like a stall and excuse after excuse. Not heard anything from him in a couple of weeks now. Shocking excuse for a company. I’m so frustrated”

Hey Leah, Thank you for your feedback. The team worked incredibly hard to get your outfit to you in time which I can see arrived on Thursday morning. Your email stated you needed it for Friday latest. I'm assuming you were able to wear your outfits for your festival. We paid extra postage costs to ensure it arrived before your festival and to avoid any issues with the postal strike. I can see that your review was placed 9 days ago before you had even allowed us to send the items to you. We hope you had an amazing time, we would love to see lots of images of you in the outfits. “Customer service is amazing my shorts came, when I tried them on they come away a little bit at the seam. I messaged the team got a quick response, they sent a replacement pair out free of charge! I absolutely love my outfit the quality is amazing, it is so comfy, the designs are just unreal so unique to most comparisons you'll find. Had so many compliments on how nice the outfit is. I'll definitely be purchasing again!”
