“Rob Low, Consultant Clincal Scientist - None Better! Mr. Low conducted and wrote an amazingly comprehensive assessment for me. After almost a year of moderate to severe vertigo, was extremely relieved and reassured and felt we were finally on the right track to treatment, resulting in massively improved quality of life. Thank you so much Rob Low. No words to express how grateful I am.”

“Visited Going Road today with a problem with my hearing aids. I saw Laura who was very sympathetic and kind. She put me at ease and fixed the problem. A very pleasant experience.”

“I visited the Hove branch today after suffering from hearing loss with a build up of wax . Sam was so friendly and efficient - he explained what was going to happen and checked my other ear. Treatment was done and it felt like a miracle I can hear again. Sam only charged me for 1 ear which was so kind and generous of him. I will be back and would recommend anyone that is suffering earing loss a visit.”

“We saw Phil at Ferring. It has literally changed our lives. My husband is engaging in conversation not only better for me so our relationship is less irritating but even in a crowd. He was stubborn and wouldn’t get his hearing checked as he said private was too expensive but it’s just a no brainer , would rather do without a holiday. Totally amazing and I’m just his wife!! He loves the new aids and it has transformed him!! Thank you Phil.”

“My experience at the Ferring Audiology Clinic was excellent. I was seen by Phil the principal Audiologist there who I found to be very professional and kind in explaining the results of my hearing test which resulted in my having to have hearing aids.. I would not hesitate to recommend the Clinic to anyone who requires a Hearing Test or Hearing Aids.”

“Had my ear wax removed at Goring Centre by Phil Cornwell. Interesting to see how much wax had built up on the TV screen. Feel so much better without the wax. Treatment is quick with full explanation of what is happening. Well worth the money.”

“Having suffered hearing loss for a number of years & feeling so isolated because of it I am so very happy to have found Phil Cornwell at Goring Sussex Audiology. When it comes down to quality of life the money I have spent on my Phonak hearing aids has been well spent. There is no comparison to other lesser aids that I've had in the past. I cannot fault the care & service from Phil ....Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
