Absolutely terrible terrible service !! Stay well clear of these absolute cowboys!! The driver was abusive to me when we arrived in car park 5 because we were delayed in the terminal ! I tried to explain and apologise, he told me I had to buy a new exit ticket as the 15 minutes were up !! He was rude, arrogant and abusive! I refused to sign the form saying I was not happy with the hand over and would not sign until I had a valid exit ticket, so he followed me and assaulted me by grabbing me (currently with the police) He forcibly held my car door open so I could not shut it. He stole the key from the ignition of my car after a scuffle whilst I was in it and placed it in a zipped pocket so I could not get it back! He refused to give it to me until I signed the form! I absolutely refused!! Fortunately a supervisor arrived and forced him to return my key and removed him from the situation. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS AND JOKERS !! I noted there was an unusual amount of miles on the clock so I’ve no idea where they had been driving my car!! I have tried to complain with there manager named Das but to date I’ve heard nothing back !! I was assaulted, abused, threatened by this individual… Be very wary !! SURE PARKING AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE ‘

Worst meet and greet company I have ever used I returned after a week in Turkey, damaged alloys and a chuck taken out of my tyre on my BMW X5. The first thing I did was inspect the car. All the guy dropping the car back was interested in was getting me out of the car park as quickly as possible as the car park ticket was expiring (they only pay for quick drop off). He didint care about the damage even though he admitted damage to the car but to contact head office and they will sort it out. I have written several emails and had no response until now..here was the repsonse: You did not report any damage to us at the Airport you signed the paperwork to state you were happy in the condition it was left. We also state in our terms and conditions: 4.7 We accept no liability for mechanical, structural or electrical failure of any part of your vehicle including windscreens, alarms, immobilisers, glass, flat batteries, tyres and wheels however caused. Its now on its way to the small claims court. Terrible, Terrible company avoid at all costs.

They damaged my car. They have been ignoring me ever since! Legal action next. Cowboy company - do not use under any circumstances.

I recently parked with Sure Parking and from start to end nothing but problems, I book Meet and Greet all the time and this was my first time with Sure Parking. I arrived at Gatwick and forgot to call ahead so called and they said they will be there as quick as they can and when arrived made me pay the £4 exit fee even than the car was picked up within 30min of entering barrier, also on return they lost my keys I gave them and only returned my car key, I couldn't get in my house and had to get a neighbor come home from work to give me a spare set i leave at theirs for emergencies. In addition, when they picked up the car they disconnected my dashcam and not sure Why unless you want to hide something about your driving.

Sure Parking do not use this company I booked meet and greet parking through FHR and when I returned from holiday into Gatwick in the early hours of Tuesday morning 23.7.19 my car was returned by one of the Sure Parking drivers. He did not inform me that it had been in an accident and due to the late hour and tiredness we did not inspect it before we loaded our cases and drove home. On return home the car was parked in my drive and not used until the following morning, when I went to leave for work I was horrified to see extensive damage to the nearside front corner, including the bumper , wing and wheel. It seems most likely that the driver crashed the car into the wall on one of the tight corners entering the carpark but chose not to mention it, in the hope he would get away with it. I have since had a quote for repairs which is £4250.00. I immediately informed FHR who responded to say that this is not their responsibility and passed me onto the parking operator Sure Parking, who took five days to send a proper response to my complaint. They now claim to have investigated my complaint and found that the damage was not done by them, they have refused to accept any liability and are unable to help further. I regret that I did not check the feedback on Sure Parking before confirming the booking with FHR as their rating and previous customer experiences are very poor. This company has no care for people’s property or their reputation and is happy lie to deny responsibility for their appalling behaviour. I have since had a quote for repairs which is £4250.00. Do not under any circumstances use this company they are verging on criminal and are unfit to be in business

ILLEGAL FRAUDLENT CAR KEYS MANIPULATION I used Sure Parking between 05/10/18 and 21/10/2018 at the Gatwick and I rate them one star because I can`t give zero. Straight from the beginning the experience was bad. Upon arrival I was delayed half an hour because the arrival instriction in the confirmation email did not match the on-line website where are two other different instructions. I called the non-stop number prior arrival and someone with strong indian accent tried to speak English. I could barely understand his accent. I nearly lost the flight because the arrival instructions directed me to a different parking house! Upon return I received a text message that my car is broken and they will drive me to the car park. I was very surprised. I have 2001 model Golf but it is mechanically safe. It never broke like this. They did not notify me earlier. That would be too much to expect. I checked the car and noticed immobilizer failure therefor, it was not starting. I called my insurance and arranged RAC rescue. They inspected the car and noticed that someone intenionally removed immobilizer chip from my car key!!! I called a specialist who managed to get me going but I lost half a day standing on a cold parking and now I have a car with no security as someone from Sure Parking has my immobilizer chip and probably also made a copy of my car key. I treid to contact the company. No one ever called back, no one ever answered to my complain. AVOID - AVOID - AVOID This is fraudlent car park!!!

I used this company twice 1st time no problems so used them again, wish i had not, everything was ok until i returned to collect the car on the 1st oct 2016, the front grill badge was missing from the car, i called surepark and they said to contact them later as a manager was not there and that they would look at the photo's taken to see if it was missing when they received the car, after 7 days of phoning i am still no nearer getting anywhere with this company all i get is they cannot do anyting as a manager has to deal with it. i don't think a manager exist. 1st time i used them i guess i was lucky,unfortunately you get what you pay for.

FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. Have used this service over a few years and found them to be the best on the Gatwick. very good in all aspects of a travelers needs for parking. always meet you with a smile
