“First time of using supreme, they were great, very quick to retrieve item and the product tasted amazing (Strawberry and cream recovery). However the second time I ordered from them it took over a month to retrieve the item and during this time I tried multiple times to speak to customer support and I had nothing back from them, so I'm cuaght in a 50-50 the item is incredible but I've had one great experience and one poor experience. So that this as you will.”

“Didn’t deliver my product for two months, despite me emailing them 3 times to confirm what was happening, with no reply to any of my messages. Then out of the blue they delivered it after I had contacted credit card company to cancel transaction. Won’t use again. Better companies and product else where.”

“I've been using the strawberry and cream concentrate protein for a few years now. The product is effective and tasty. The service on the other hand is nothing short of horrendous. I've had to wait nearly a month each time for my last 3 orders after being promised 3 to 5 working days. I only received my orders each time eventually after sending multiple emails and social media messages. I will never order from this company again.”

“Usually have no issues and good service but had to wait a month for my last order to turn up !!? Sent emails had no response back to tell me where my order was ? Money was taken straight away. Looking now Stock is very limited moving forward?”

“I really like the taste of the Supreme nutrition powers. I've had others and they've felt grainy/bitty in my mouth but Supreme nutrition shakes are really smooth! Just like having a milkshake!!”

“They take your money and don't deliver the product. They also ignore numerous attempts to contact them for answers via various avenues. 2 months down the line, money gone and still no product or explanation as to the delays. Shambles of an organisation, ignore unless you want disappointment.”

“I've been very happy with the products supplied by Supreme Nutrition. I currently use the Diet Whey. I have tried various flavours and love them all. I have just ordered the Vegan Whey and am looking forward to trying it. If I've ever had an issue or am chasing an order the customer service team have always been prompt at answering and excellent at professionally dealing with queries. The deliveries are always swift.”

“The product I buy: vitamin shot is amazing, I’ve been ordering for quite a few months now. The only concern I have is delivery as previously it’s been poor…..but my most recent order arrived the next day. Hoping this is all now sorted and orders are quickly now moving forward.”
