“I have ordered a great priduct for a second time, money has been taken but item not delivered. It’s been a month now and despite numerous emails to the company they have failed to respond. Very disappointed”

“My review is fully based on the company as a whole. Because I have yet to receive my products even though I ordered them November 2020! I have reached out multiple times with no response. I got a shipment notification finally in January but the tracking number just said international. So I can’t check the status. I understand shipping delays because of Covid but this is ridiculous. When or if I ever receive my products even if I love them I will not be ordering again. Very poor costumer service! At this point I just want my money back.”

“The service I have had has either been very good or very poor. They will either deliver products very quickly or will not receive the order for a long time. They don't reply to their emails. One time I emailed them 5 times before getting a response.”

“I ordered some whey protein on the 9th of January and am still yet to receive the delivery. I have tried contacting the company and had no response after three attempts. Poor customer service.”
