“Hello, your products are very good. But after Brexit I have to pay Import tax plus a handling charge for DHL, because they have to pay tax to custom. Last order cost were increased thereby with more than 10 GBP. I think you calculate VAT for the prices. Perhaps you can find a way to balance this problem?”

“I have always been very satisfied with the products and prompt dispatch. However, my last order took an entire week to arrive and though I understand that this can happen for many reasons, what I was disappointed with was the response I got when I queried the order.
