“A few problems with the latest purchase. Ordered 12 bars of soap, got 12 cartons of cocoa flavoured cereal. Returns form and replacement soap not yet turned up. Cereal very rough on skin, cocoa staining shirt collar!”

“I was told it would be delivered in 4 days as I paid extra. It took over 10 days. And the worst part is they didn't even deliver the product I ordered. Absolutely embarrassing. Don't purchase from here people.”
