I placed an order with Superfoods on the 2nd of March and received an e-mail from them to say that the goods had been dispatched on the 3rd. However, to date I have received nothing. I sent an e-mail to sales@superfoodsuk on the 10th March and so far they have not even had the courtesy to respond. I am not impressed and doubt on this showing that I will be using this company again !!

Hello, Thank you for the feedback. As we said in our previous email, we try to reply to all enquiries within 48 hours. Also, for some reason, your email went into our spam folder. The order has been sent out by Royal Mail standard delivery without tracking number. As I have yet to receive my purchase how can I review. I have e-mailed requesting the matter could be looked into but did not receive a reply. Todate I have not received my order therefore I rate the service and superfoods very poor and will not be purchasing again or recommending to anyone.

Thank you for the feedback. We have checked with dispatches and cannot get a tracking update from Royal Mail. Unfortunately deliveries with any carrier do sometimes go missing and there is very little any seller can do in a short time as enquires with the courier or Royal Mail can take time. We always try and ensure that the product which has gone missing can be sent out again in spite of any cost involved.We would have sent out a replacement but the product is currently out of stock. My order was placed on 29/2/17 and an email was sent stating dispatch on 30/2/17.Several contacts were made by me via email and telephone about none arrival of order. It was stated that the whereabouts of the order had to be sorted before any further movement could be made. As there had been no progress with this complaint I requested a refund on 20/2/17,which was not paid until 24/2/17 when the order was finally declared lost!. Why the order could not have been resent and the whereabouts sorted later I can not understand.

ordered yua gluten free sauces but after 12 days nothing has been delivered. emails superukfoods uk but no reply after 3 days!!!! payment taken 11 days ago. now getting in touch with my credit card company to get a refund.

Ordered on October 16th and haven't received my order yet neither a response to my emails. No tracking, poor customer service. I work in E-commerce and getting in touch with your customers as fast as possible is the number one rule. I won't buy from this company again.

Shocking service.Was On holiday in uk.Paid for overnight delivery.It was not delivered following day.Emailed and called service daily for 5 days,never got a response or call return.Delivered 8 days later! Had left uk by then so never got package.And was never refunded on overnight delivery charge!

My purchases have not yet arrived. Does this company even exist? It is now 25/05/16 and still no sign of purchases. Multiple emails have been sent to contact details given in purchase confirmation and dispatch confirmation but to no avail. The Customer Service is non-existent and I suspect that they will not be forthcoming with a refund either. Very disappointed.

I Did not receive the item ! I have sent 2 e-mails asking for a estimated delivery date. I received e response , but it did not give me an estimated delivery date. I did not receive a response at all to my 2nd E-Mail ! Therefore matter is now being dealt with through Paypal resolution centre .
