Products well packed but failed to supply 70% of my order without prompting. Requested this review prior to remainder of order being supplied.

Hello, We have taken a quick look into this and it looks like we split your order between two parcels, one was successfully delivered. Unfortunately, we could not get a tracking update for the second parcel. Therefore, the replacement for the missing goods has been offered and sent via tracked service as agreed. Whilst the products are perfectly acceptable, the time that it took them to arrive is not. It took 8 days from order to delivery, which in my opinion is too long, compared to other retailers.

Thank you for contacting us, we were sorry to hear of the problems you have had with your order. The order was sent out on the 22nd but the dispatch log shows that the parcel was returned by Royal Mail on the 27th quoting undelivered- not called for. The parcel has been resent on the 28th by Royal Mail 1st Class. Unfortunately sometimes parcel can be delayed for any reasons. Order placed online, payment taken. One item received and all others are 'out of stock' (only found this out when phoning to query why only one item received). Have been told the rest of my order 'should be available November sometime'. This should have been made clear when placing my order.

I ordered 3 items for next day delivery. Eventually received them in 2 separate deliveries around a week later. The wrong address had been used. They said they'd call the courier to sort it out, but clearly didn't. Ended up ringing them myself and hey presto my item arrived the next day to the right address. I tried emailing them and got useless responses. When I rang them their attitude was rude and dismissive. One item had been out of stock so wasn't even sent out for several days. Hardly next day delivery.

Don't remember what I ordered from them, but got pestered to leave a review. My time is valuable, so people who pester me to leave reviews get poor reviews.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Cysticlean is a food supplement which is 100 per cent extract of cranberries. The benefits are due to their PAC (proanthocyanidins) content. This formulation gives the best results which can’t be achieved by cranberries alone. Please note, this is a health supplement. Order dispatched by you on 28 June 2015. I have not received the item to this day. I sent emails to you on 06.07.2015 and 07.07.2015. Received no reply from you. I had to complain to eBay Resolution Centre and the case is pending.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we do not manufacture the Bio-Health Chickweed Ointment 500g. Some products can suit you and some not. Our returns policy clearly shows that we cannot accepted any opened, damaged (due to the nature of the products), or used product. Again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. The order was sent out by Royal Mail 2nd class on the 22nd and the estimated delivery date shows 25th-29th. Unfortunately sometimes parcel can be delayed for any reasons so we request that you allow a couple more days for delivery. Please let us know if the order is not delivered by the first. I ordered and paid for acidophilus some days ago but have not yet had an email from Superfood acknowledging the order and/or giving me an expected date of delivery. I now have an email siyng I "forgot" to write a review. On the contrary it is "Superfood" who has forgotten to keep me informed. I rate that a poor performance. Frank Noble

Hello, The order has been placed on the 23rd and sent out on the 24th by Royal Mail second class. It takes 3-5 working days for delivery. Please allow a few more days for delivery. Ordering is simple and straightforward, I have given a low score because the delivery times could be improved upon. Ordered 2 April - received goods 11 April.

Part of order was not available. Had to chase a couple of times to get a refund. Quite poor, should automatically refund the order or before despatching, ask the customer whether they wish to receive the part order or not.
