I did not receive the product and no communication concerning shipment just when asked an email with written "dispatched". No shipping nr. Nothing else.

I made an order on the 28/03/2017. Had an email the next day saying the item had been dispatched and it still hasn't arrived. I have emailed querying this and have not had a response back yet

Thank you for the feedback. As we said in our previous email, the order was sent by Royal Mail standard delivery. A replacement cannot be sent out due to a stock issue. Superfoods says they dispatch goods within 2 days, (unless website says out of stock of course). I didn't receive a 'dispatch' notice. I rang them to ask if they had sent my order and they said the item maybe out of stock. I reminded them their website didn't say 'out of stock'. I sent a message to them via the website and had no answer. I sent numerous other emails to which I received unhelpful email answers. I finally received my goods 10 days later. This isn't good enough, when some people need their supplements quickly due to a health issue and a practitioner requesting them.

The box for the parcel (envelope) wasn't quite sufficient in size for the product inside and came partially opened.

It took superfooduk 10 days to post my item: ordered on 3 February, received an email that the item was posted on 6 February. When it arrived on 14 of February, I checked the tracking number – it was posted on the 13 February! A shoddy service, I doubt I'll use superfooduk again.

Indeed, the order was placed on the 3rd and sent out on the 6th but the dispatch log shows that the parcel was returned by Royal Mail on the 10th quoting mis-sorted. The parcel has been resent on the 13th by Royal Mail 24 Tracked service. Unfortunately, sometimes parcel can be delayed for any reasons. We always try and ensure that the not delivered order can be sent out again in spite of any cost involved. Well, i have purchased item first class ( i have paid extra) on Tuesday and i got item almost a week later. I made a call to follow up my purchase, left my details. No one followed up and called back.", as well as the item arrived next week. This is is not first class delivery!!

Eleven days after placing my order, still have not received. Very disappointed, expected faster delivery. To be asked to write a review before I received my order is a bit strange.

I ordered probiotics from Superfood to take alongside my antibiotic treatment. I was advised that the product was dispatched the nect day(08.08.16). However, i did not recieve the item and contacted the company on 12.08.16. I was advised that they could not locate the dispatch details and would dispatch the order again. I asked for it to be done next day delivery. On not receiving the probiotics on 15th of August, I again contacted the company and requested for tracking details. I had no response. I then raised a dispute with paypal. I recieved item with the next day on 16th august with a trackable 24 hr delivery sticker.the item was dispatched on the 15th of August. I then went to paypal to and cancelled my dispute as item had arrived. After this I get contact from the company stating that the item should be with me shortly. Need I say more! It must be a one off mistake but i am disappointed in the way communication was done and the accuracy of facts re dispatched items.

Poor ratings not for superfoods but YODEL & their disgusting lack of email with tracking number & warning of delivery until too late,then having the audacity to dump the parcel by the front door in full view despite 3 sets of neighbours being in at the time of 'dumping' . It's not acceptable to leave expensive items in this manner. their is competition between these delivery firms so I hope superfoods will look into this. I did ring superfoods to let them know. Otherwise very prompt dispatch & excellent value for money thank you

After waiting 4 weeks for the order to arrive, I have asked for reimbursement 3 times. Now 6 weeks have passed, I dont have the goods and the money has not come back. My last e-mail was also not anwered within 5 days. I cannot recommend this company.

When I see a picture of something then that is what I expect. The product I saw was in a box with strips of tablets. What I received is in a jar. My last order was also in jars, and a good few of the tablets were broken, and in crumb form. By the time I came to the broken ones it was apparently too late to report it. This time I have emptied the first jar and no broken ones. Also, the colour has changed, which makes me doubt its quality. However, a visit to a health food shop has reassured me. Next time I shall look for an alternative supplier of this product.
