“I have purchased from Superfood more than 10 days ago and still not receive my order and tried to contact them but they don not reply to my email and never answer. I do not recommend it to any one at all”

“Have not received my order more than two weeks after it was allegedly "dispatched". Impossible to contact Superfooduk by email or phone. I suspect this is a scam site. Will be contacting trading standards shortly.”

“You are asking me to write a review some 9 days after you told me you had dispatched my order. It still hasn’t arrived and you are yet to respond to my email chase. I cannot rate you more highly than this.”

“Ordered product on the 1st april. Email received to say it had been dispatched on the 2nd April. The money has been taken out of my account but its now the 15th April and nothing has come. Two Emails sent to the company asking for a response - no response. Two phone calls made - no answer! Not acceptable. Will not use again nor recommend”

“Placed an order, paid for it and received a 'despatched' email in March. Still no sign of it. No response from the company to my emails and the phone number they provide is either engaged or rings out. Spent £150 on food items and am now wondering if this is even a legit company or just scammers.”

“I placed the order on Sat 28th March on the Ebay shop, received an email on Mon 30th March saying goods have been despatched. On 8th April I queried this and received an automated email saying they will reply in 48 WORKING hours.Wed 15th April, still no reply and no goods. USELESS.”

“Ordered product on the 2nd April it's now the 13th still not arrived. Appreciate post is slow at present but I have emailed 4 times chasing up a lead time and asking for the postal company they are using but no reply as of yet. Ordered same product on amazon prime and got it the following day and for cheaper. Quick to take money which went out the following day but not quick to reply, customer service poor.”

“We have NOT received our delivery in almost two weeks, and no one from sales or support has responded to out multitude of emails. And the phone number is not active. I understand its the Corona pandemic, but if you're taking orders and customers money, then there has to be responsibility to respond in a timely fashion. We're completely in the dark and considering disputing the charges with the credit card company as fraud.”

“I can't get hold of anyone, although I was told someone would call me back. No delivery. No tracking number. Assuming as others say that it's a huge scam. And now they're asking me for a review! Global emergency and I'm ordering food for my young allergy child and these people are exploiting desperate people.”
