The transfer on the 26/7 was clearly booked from Heraklion airport for Villa Anna Old Hersonissos, yet the driver took us to Villa Anna apts in Stalis and tried to get us to terminate our journey

The driver 23.6.2017 very early on the morning was driven far too fast! Not according to signs of acceptable speed. That should be strictly forbidden! We had plenty of time.

Beware, if you are intending or wanting to book a child seat. Whilst there is provision on the website for which they charge an additional Euro 5 for each journey there is no guarantee that it will be provided. When it is not provided they rely on the fine print which you get to read only after the contract is entered into and you have paid your money. If child safety is an issue best to use a provider who can guarantee a seat. A refund does not help in these instances.

I was a little disappointed with the driver. He did not get the address quite right and we had to transfer ourselves down a very steep hill with baggage. We felt this was largely due to the the fact that we had not offered a tip. we had only just arrived on hols and had only large notes.

Used this company many times with a satisfactory service however just returned from lanzarote and was disappointed with some elements of service. Inward flight was late setting off by 25 minutes but taxi was not at airport on our arrival. Phoned company to see where they were and had a wait of around 15 minutes for Someone to turn up . Driver courteous and polite but concerned us by using phone whilst driving. Improved on return as used hands free which was better.

So yes again- we have received taxi, driver was helpful and nice. He was right on time in both times, when it was round trip. What was NOT according to our expectation was a car. Specifically a class of the car. We chose Premium Taxi car- just copy from your web page I quote " Typically newer model Mercedes or Audi taxis offering extra comfort and refinement"- and what we got? we received a private minivan class car. Which is more expensive, comparing the price but definitely not a same class as a car what we have ordered. If so, it should be premium minivan, but still - for two persons? And not fitting our expectations. Your web page sais " TREAT YOURSELF"- OK, we would like to. But question is, in this particular case, how a company did treat customers.

We booked with this company to collect us from Heathrow Airport, the after 2 weeks, return us to Heathrow Airport and again, be collected at Milan Airport. There wasn't anyone waiting for us in Heathrow, so we got abit worried and in the end found a man waiting for us, but the sign he was holding was small and he wasn't in the line of people as you exit the Arrivals Area - he was to the side. His driving was through a lot of back roads and very fast, but we made it to our Euston apartment in good time. The return trip to the airport was with someone different and this trip was much more comfortable and not as fast and windy. He arrived on time and delivered us safely to the airport, parking near where we needed to check in for our ongoing flight to Milan When we were met in Milan, unfortunately the van we had booked (there are 2 adults and 1 child with 3 large suitcases and 3 hand luggage) was not a van, it was a Mercedes car. The man was right their at the Arrivals Hall and was in fact a senior of the Milan company so he told us. After abit of juggling (the Mercedes boot size is good), our cases fitted, but we had to hold some of our hand luggage, so not all that comfortable. He did call the office to tell them they had not sent the correct vehicle, so that was professional, however he spent the entire trip from airport to our apartment on his mobile phone and then when we arrived at our apartment, he stayed in the car, my husband and I having to get our luggage out of the boot. The drivers in the UK helped us with our luggage. We were however pleased that our pick ups and drop offs were on time and our flights were all met with plenty of time that we had allowed for. I would use this company again, however if a van is booked, then please send a van, not a sedan, as a lot of tourists have a lot of luggage and have booked a van for that reason. I would recommend this company to friends and family also.

It was good to know that we had prebooked transport to and from the airport for our peace of mind. Unfortunately our driver was not at all friendly, even if language was a problem he could at least smile and seem pleased to be driving us. We almost felt that having to collect us was inconvenient for him

My pax, Mr. Mrs. Calvin Wong, arrived Zurich on 23 July, and were supposed to be taken directly to their hotel. However, driver dropped them one bloc k away, and insisted they get out and walk, with their luggage to hotel. He couldn't speak English, and so they didn't know why he was making them get out.

We didn't see anyone with a board with our name on arrival. On asking around we were given a driver but had no idea if he was Sun Transfers or not. He accepted our voucher so we presume he had some connection. Transport not as nice as anticipated but got to the correct hotel ok.

Arriving at airport very satisfactory. Having no option other than to be picked up 2.5 hours before the flight time is annoying when half that time is all that is needed. No flexibility whilst booking on line needs addressing

Driver 15 min late......took me to wrong apt Oasis village until I protested 3 times....lucky I was familiar with resort.....did pay for private taxi......rest all fine

Difficult on-line booking initially. When we had a delay due to weather the 24 hours phone service was not available. Nor did we have the required 24 hours to reschedule on line. I did manage to contact someone by phone after a number of attempts but was told no phone bookings were possible. Half our party came on the initial booking but the others unable to contact to reschedule made their way one and a half hours out of town by taxi

Your driver from Bucharest to airport was crazy just like being on dodgems the driver who picked us up from airport to Bucharest was very helpful and very knowlable of the area which he shared with us.

Maybe its just me, but i have used SunTransfers on every trip to the Canaries, Fuerteventura, Tenerife and Lanzarote, however NEVER has the driver been waiting for me, i have had to ask blank faces as to where they might be. Outside the terminal? inside? Who knows. Eventually they turn up, and the transport is ok to the resort. Tenerife last year in August was a joke though, they completely forgot about us, we were stuck at the airport til 1am, after waiting 90 minutes with tired Children. After calling the helpline we managed to get to our resort. Should i use them in August.....Cheap is generally never best, maybe i look elsewhere.
