“I was left really dissappointed by the whole experience. My purchase was flagged by the team at student computers as fraud because I bought two monitors and wanted them shipped to two separate addresses (I have a small business and was sending one monitor to an employee's home to improve their working from home set up). The flagging is all part of good due dilligance however the subsequent chain of events was very frustrating. 1. First there was no contact about delays/ potential fraudulent activities. 2. Then after two weeks of radio silence (expecting delivery after 2-4 days as advertised on their site), I had to reach out to find out the status/ problem. 3. They then promised to ship the monitors as soon as possible. 4. Then within I think 24 hours of promising to ship the monitors Student Computers decided to refund them instead. Even though I made it clear it wasn't a fraudulent purchase and wanted the monitors to be shipped. 5. Worst of all, they then told me I had to reorder with a price increase of almost 30% and there was nothing they or I could do about it. I would have expected Student Computers to offer to at least partially cover this extra cost since the situation was their lack of professionalism. I will not be buying from Student Computers again.”

“no hidden charges made me laugh. i bought a sharp microwave from these people. sharp for some reason would not honour their guarantee and passed matter back to retailer, who offered a refund and advised they would charge me £25 for return of a unit which had caught fire. altogether a bad taste experience. personally wouldn't touch them again. they change their terms like quicksand without even advising them in the first place.”

“Ordered some controllers , they were cheapest could find as they are refurbished, they came very quickly , they were packaged up well and came on day that they were supposed to come”

“Purchased refurbished ASUS PC Vivo All-in-One, delivered ahead of delivery date, packaged as new in fact the All-in-One was as new no marks, been in use now for over a week and delighted with it. will definitly buy from Student Computers - Spotbuyer Group again.”

“Price: about £70 cheaper than if I bought it new Delivery: paid for next day; it arrived next day Got the usual confirmation emails which puts me at ease most of the time (unless they're written incredibly poorly). My PC monitor arrived in the original packaging, which was a nice bonus considering it's refurbished. Had to wipe the actual display of a tiny smudge after taking it out the box; but otherwise it looked brand new. Have had no issues with it after a couple of weeks. (I feel like I should mention that it was graded as A+ on their website, so definitely take that into consideration). Would buy from them again.”

“Bought a DAB tuner. I was rather surprised that it arrived with an EU connector. I may well have missed it in the product description. It was no big issue as I have an adaptor but apart from that it is excellent. I would definitely use you again.”
