“Rang Hinckley ranch at 14:45 in need of two Polypipe Actuators asap - whist the assistant said they could take the order over the phone, if I placed online they’d look out for it and process it as quickly as they could to make the Parcel For e collection. Delivered next day. Top marks for customer service. Will definitely use again when need arises.”

“I ORDERED THIS IN EARLY SEPTEMBER, THEY SENT A MESSAGE ASKING IF I STILL WANTED THIS AFTER A MONTH. I SAID NO AND THEY ARE STILL GOING AHEAD AND TRYING TO DELIVER THIS. COMPLETLY LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY AND ASK FOR FULL REFUND”

“It was great to be able to order at midnight and collect at 7.45 before the Plummer arrived at 8. I could see which stores held stock of the item I wanted, too, so no ‘gamble’. The staff were friendly and super helpful.”
