“I am so thankful I was offered this course because it helped me with filling in application forms and understanding how to improve my interview technique. “I learnt different ways of working in an environment/ team and various techniques to work and write that states the exact situation with my tutor and the assessments. My tutor was very helpful to me and the people in the course. I would recommend the course to anyone who wants to join and open there eyes to many ways of working and expressing themselves.”

“Using Strive Training was a very positive experience for me. The IT support before the course and support from the tutor during the course was excellent. It was a very well structured course on the skills required for job searching, applying for jobs and preparing and going for interviews. It was a very helpful introduction to applying for jobs in the Civil Service and the focus on behaviours and strengths was very useful. The Employability Plus is an excellent job search platform helping you to apply for jobs and interact with others. I would recommend the course to anyone looking to improve their job searching skills. Thank you”
