Sizing wrong on £350 custom made sandals. I ordered custom made sandals from Strive. They would not provide measurements for sizing and instead advised me to try on a pair of Strive Sandals in a shop. I did this and ordered the size that fitted. Unfortunately the custom made sandals were much larger than the retail sandals, they are too large for me to wear. I sent photos of my feet in both the retail and custom made sandals to the company to illustrate that the sizing was not consistent and that I could not wear my £350 custom made sandals. They refused to do anything and claimed the sizing was correct. I advise everyone to stay away from the custom made sandals, it was a very expensive waste of money.

Ordered two pairs of Trio sandals in size 7. They arrived and both were 7.5/8. No one has responded to my emails. Totally unreliable order fulfillment- even worse customer service.

The returns process is not only expensive, but they hold onto your money for weeks. Similar to other reviewers - I have just phoned them after waiting over 2 weeks and they tell me that they have processed the refund but it may take several days to appear in my account - no email - nothing . I will not be using them again.

Not the easiest website to use. Took half an hour to place an order. No information on their site as to how their items are delivered, name of courier, tracking etc. There is a chat line which apparently is not operational….the reply comes back we will respond within two minutes….. twenty minutes later I’m still waiting. Their products get good reviews, but their service is rubbish.

I have just taken delivery of my Sandringham dark brown boots and I love them. Delivered within a few days of ordering. Excellence quality item, very good price.

I have several pairs of Strive sandals. They are the only footwear I can wear all day in comfort. However I have some sandals made in Pakistan and others made in Vietnam. The difference is huge. The quality of those in Vietnam is far superior to those made in Pakistan. The fit is better and materials used is better quality. In future I will aske place of manufacture before buying. Customer service is very good and delivery took 3 working days.

Sandals received, one strap an inch longer than the other. One back strap bigger than the other, one front cross strap saggy compared to other foot. Telephoned and told I had to send photos before they would give me a free returns label. Finally received this after a number of emails. Asked for my original postage to be refunded as the sandals were not fit for purpose. Customer service were vague with brief email replies. Finally had a reply confirming that when sandals returned a full refund including my postage would be given. UNTRUE, today refund given without my postage being refunded. Customer service totally uninterested . I will never use this company again.

I ordered from Strive and for the first time I found sandals that had good support for my fallen Arch. However, one pair were definitely not wide enough while the other pair have been ok but still not quite wide enough. Would be better if you did have a wider fit. My biggest gripe is the returns policy. I did read that you have to pay for your returns but if you order another pair/size you will get a free returns label for that pair should they not fit. I paid £9.30 to return a pair of sandals hence the reason why I will never order from you again, I simply could not afford to keep returning and as you do not have any shops local to me to return to. Your shoes are not cheap and you really need to think out your returns policy as I am in no doubt that you will have lost of lot of custom from other customers like you have me. I like some more of your sandals but simply will not order in case they are not wide enough or not right fit, simply cannot afford to keep sending back.

Tried to return the shoes as they did not fit. The shipping cost was three times the cost of the shoes. The shoes were shipped from the U.S. but the return required that the shoes be returned to the U.K. to the tune of over $270.00. Something is not right here. My husband says I have been scammed. BEWARE.

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals on the 15th March, told it would be a 2 day delivery. Its now 31st March, and they still haven’t arrived. I have contacted the company at least 6 times for updates. Very disappointing from start to finish.

Ok, so I haven't actually ordered..I was very nearly ready to check out £100 worth of shoes but it was making me accept terms and conditions for Klarna which I didn't want to do as I was paying up front. So I sent a message to customer services asking about that and also whether they do free returns. Someone got back to me with a vague answer about Klarna and no reference to returns. So I sent a reply saying they hadn't answered my questions and they have ignored my second message. Beautiful footwear, this could be an amazing brand as not much out there with attractive orthotic shoes. With so many companies out nowadays making purchases and returns easy, Strive is destined to go nowhere fast with their poor level of customer service. Really loved the shoes but won't be ordering, I don't give my money to companies that make things difficult.

Just to make other purchasers aware that because Strive don’t offer free returns you will need to pay for returns and include insurance because of the value of the shoes When I sent 2 unsuitable pairs of sandals back had to pay £11.50 to ensure had insurance cover for £180 via signed for Royal Mail Probably best to buy via a shop to be sure the fit is good Also had to email to generate a returns RAN number with Strive which is another layer to the return The delivery arrived via courier with no information as to when would be delivered Luckily we were home

Ordered slippers for my wife and paid next day delivery. They arrived three days later (was willing to accept this and couldn’t be bothered to contact customer services) BUT when we looked at the slippers they were “grubby “ obviously had been worn! Contacted customer services who arranged replacement. Returned slippers and didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks. To cut a long story short after contacting customer services three more times and the online chat three times and being told they would be delivered the next day I still have not received them, resulting in requesting refund. Will keep an eye on when I receive my refund. The customer services on line chat repeatedly blaming courier delivery services!! Three comments from me; don’t send “grubby” shoes to customers, customer services don’t repeatedly state shoes will be delivered on a particular date when you cannot guarantee this, and if you be have a problem with your courier delivery services sort out the problem promptly as this reflects badly on Strive.

I returned a pair of shoes 14th July. Still no refund. Have been fobed off three times by them on the phone saying it’s been paid! No they say it’s gone to Klarna, and they will pay me back? It’s now 21st September and no sign yet of the refund! Why Klarna? It’s my refund due?? Never buy from them again!

Not please with the quality of the Copenhagen slippers I used only one month over a year. They became undone although only worn indoors and were not used July to September. No help from the customer service. For the quality promised, there is no quality really. Not sure I will use them again. Very disappointed. And yes, looking at other reviews, be careful, returns are not 100% free of quibbles. You have to enter a return request in the first month you bough if you want full refund. The company is a piece of work to deal with.

Very poor returns, still waiting for my money after over 2 weeks, finally called them to be told, yes they did receive my return and would action my refund straight away but it may take 10 days to appear in my account, im not impressed that its going to be 24 days before I get my money back, something that I can't afford to happen

I finally got a reply to my 4 messages and the chap just told me to do EXACTLY what I had already ! And I tried 2 separate browsers and neither worked. So clearly hti is an error on their site and the chap did not even read my emails properly . Very poor service and sadly nom order from me unless they ring me to sort this out and that was never even offered. Awful company

Just to add, it is now 4 days later and STILL no reply from 4 separate enquiries. I would not trust this company to send the footwear if they cannot even read and reply to questions. My advice to Strive: STOP wasting money on TV advertising and employ more decent customer service staff . You have just lost a big order form me

Really poor chat service, it does not work after 3 messages over 24 hours. The free sandal offer does not work, the reminder blocks the page and you have to cancel the offer to continue. Very poor website for expensive shoes, they need this sorting, I cannot even get a reply from them. I am about to ditch an order for £216+ rather than deal with this for another 24hours

I really find comfort with Strive sandals ,At the present I have three pair of sandals one style just ordered another Capri, would have purchased two pair , but size was sold out.They help with the knee pain and also bottom of foot pain.Thanks Strive!!
