“I have used Stinyink for the last few years , but the last order took 4 days to get to us as it was badly labelled and the courier struggled to find us , typical when the printer was out of ink!”
“Not reliable. I got something other than what I ordered. The type is the same but the cartridge is transparent. The vacuum foil is also transparent, which was not properly sealed. This type of cartridge I received is available for £ 6 at other locations. Stinkyink.com sold me £ 14. It is deceptive to advertise a cheaper product with another product image. Disappointed, I do not recommend it.”
“In a world where "customer service" can sometimes be two dirty words, this company shows others how it should be done.
I received prompt delivery of what seems to be top quality goods and when I raised an "issue", commenting on the product (wasn't even a complaint!) their response and back up service was outstanding.
I was encouraged to use them for the first time after reading a review that said "wish I'd found this company sooner..." He wasn't wrong - my sentiments entirely!
