He offered solutions to problems that we hadn\u2019t thought of and as a result the design felt properly bespoke. The fitting process ran true to time and regular communication from James kept us in the loop at all times. Any minor issues (and there were only very few) were dealt with immediately and without question. The space was always kept tidy and disruption was kept to an absolute minimum.
