Hi Patricia, I have had a look into this order. I can see the final payment for this order was made on the 13th of July and the order was processed the same day. From there, there is a 10 working day lead time on any bespoke signs that are delivered directly from the manufacturer. I can see this was delivered on the 26th, within the 10 working day lead time.
