“We paid next day delivery for our order, however the delviery driver did not deliver as he couldn't find the location. However he did not call the contact or our head office for directions. Then we was told we would have to pay a redirection fee! After paying £12 day next day delivery that was not delivered.”

Hi there, The delivery failed after the driver was refused by someone at the site address due to them not recognizing the name of the delivery contact provided. With no other notes on the order, the driver has no choice but to move on. As with most parcel couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, drivers rarely have access to work phones, so a call on arrival is not promised or guaranteed. As for the fee, this is due to you needing to resend the parcel to a new address. The items are currently being returned to us, and the order will be refunded with the standard shipping amount unless you would like to request the re-route. Kind regards, Byron Customer Support

“Even though your appointed courier didn't speak into our gate buzzer hence wasn't let into our facility to deliver the helmets, the whole service from Start Safety was great. Hollie and the original lady on the chat were fantstic. It was an urgent order that we needed and from the initial enquiry to trying to fix the delivery issue, both ladies were great. Informative and kept their promises. I wouldn't hesitate ordering from you again.”

“The order came damaged one of the cones had a bent and cracked top,We understand this was the last 4 cones they had this cone should have not been sent out , for this only give 2 stars . We sent email with photos and start traffic have sent a replacement cone of a different make free of charge if we do get the cone which as not come yet should come today or tomorrow would give 5 stars”

“A very unhelpful and deceptive company that decided it would take a 10% returning fee despite no mention of it on their website. Will never use again!”

Hi Lizi, Sorry for the mix-up with your return. You were incorrectly charged a 10% restocking fee, which we only apply to specific items or businesses, not individual consumers such as yourself. It is usually myself that handles these returns though I was away during this period and a colleague stepped in to cover me. They were not aware of the consumer return policy as we mostly deal with businesses. We'll refund the restocking fee and standard outgoing cost. Let me know if you need any further assistance. “Barriers were due to be delivered on a Monday. Today is Wednesday and still not arrived.”

Hi there, Following your review we have had a look into your order for you it looks like the incorrect postcode was provided during the online check out. We have amended the postcode for you. As this is a large item DX usually charge a reroute fee of £20.99 which in this case we have waived for you. Please be aware this order was placed on Thursday after the dispatch cut off time on a 2-3 working day delivery hence why this is yet to be delivered.
