“Fortunately not had to call on Start Rescue so this review relates solely to the purchase experience. Price was very competitive and included items not provided by certain competitors e.g. mis-fuelling. Very much like the App. Ultimately the proof of the pudding will be if I'm stranded at Junction 40 on the M6 at 3 a.m. but so far so good!”

“Very smooth application, though the headline price of £36,40 for 3* cover jumps to £53,39 for a vehicle over 5 years old. This 2 tier pricing should be more prominently displayed on the website. The app is very easy to use, though I can't comment on performance in a breakdown scenario.”

“Excellent start so far as a new customer. The website has all the information needed to make the decision and ultra easy to then apply and pay for cover. I had a question that was dealt with brilliantly by the customer service team. Excellent.”

“I only joined Start Rescue this week. I called them twice prior to joining to query some points and on both occasions was treated very professionally by polite individuals. The cost for 3 star personnel cover is very competitive and covers everything I could potentially need. I have not needed roadside assistance as yet and hopefully never will, the cover, cost, polite call handlers and ease of using the website is why I have rated them 5.”
