“Website wouldn't let me into my account online. Requested password reset. Got email with code, but code wouldn't work. Contacted some one on live chat who kept wanting to speak to me on the phone despite me telling them several times I was deaf and communicate via text/email. Eventually they understood and sent me a code to get into my online account so I could pay my renewal premium”

“The site is just what you need, just 3 options of breakdown cover no filling in long forms asking questions that aren't relevent. Easy to use just a click away to what breakdown you require. Thanks for taking the mundane effort of filling out forms away. Many thanks previous customer and hopefully ongoing customer.”
