“I chose Standby since I needed to store some of my furniture as quick as possible and they were the only ones who provided me with all neccessary information (available sizes and an immediate price quote) on the phone, without asking me to complete an online form with all my personal details. Michelle was the one to answer my call, she was kind, polite, and more than willing to help. I contacted them at about 3pm and I could move in the same day, practically an hour later. While Michelle was doing the paperwork, Lara, her colleague, showed me around. They even offered me a super safe heavy duty and weather proof padlock for a reasonable price so I didn't need to bother buying one somewhere else. The service is great, the site can be accessed 24/7 with your personal PIN code. The containers are tidy, well maintained, and easy to approach: I could drive straight to the unit. I have to move out now after 4 months but I'm pretty sure I will be returning to them. I know the market quite well and can confidently say that Standby's service, quality and flexibility cannot be beaten. All 5 stars as they deserve it for sure.”

“The best and safest storage I have used so far. The staff are so considerate and helpful. They will do their best to make a storage available to you at the last minute. Especially a lady called Sue among the staff, she will go to any lengths to make customers feel comfortable and at home. Their site In Reigate is fully equipped with electricity in the storages and a brand new toilet on site. I will always use Standby Self storage. Please keep up the good work.”

“I rent at the Aylesbury location. Everything works as it should. Toilets are always clean etc. Unit is very good and they installed lighting and electricity within 2 days of me asking for it. Overall I think they put a lot of effort into making sure the whole operation runs well.”

“Pauline and I have had great service from everyone at the store even to the point of getting tea and coffee when we arrive and both Michael and David are very polite and friendly . That"s about all there is to say really ,we would certainly use you again if needed thanks Pauline and Ray Mott”

“I was very glad to find Standby. I had been looking for a few months and found a few which were just okayish but not ideal. I even booked a couple of them but they were on the first floor. Some time passed I then discovered Standby who had only been at the that location for a month so I didn't find them the first time I was looking around. The storage was on the ground floor and was clean and new so I just booked it immediately. I am very happy with the service too and Michael is very pleasant and helpful. I wish your business every blessing. Steven”

“Very good overall only the lights have been out for months now and we are having to keep cars running with lights on in the dark !! This is not good for the environment and for health and safety going to your lock up in the dark what if someone slips and trips and has an accident??”
